So for all his HIGH BBIQ...he kept shooting a shot they were giving him...and he was not making.

IF anything he should look at RONDO...who can't shoot...so drives...its like so obvious...when you aren't making you shot...try a different shot. But he seems to feel so entitled to keep trying...at the EXPENSE of the team...wanting that homerun shot...when he should have been chipping away finding driving lanes...

But, Zo can't drive and finish at the rim. He's never had that in his game, and not sure if he ever will. His only offensive skill is the 3-point shot, and we all know how that's working out.

Send him to the G league and practice his shot there with lighter competition.

How can people defend him right now? We drafted the Tony Allen of point guards with a #2 pick. If he continues being this bad on offense, we'll play 4 on 5 every single game.

I think Tony might be a better Defender.

And a better scorer at this point, he’s been that bad lol

What good is rebounding if you’re going to give the ball back on your next possession by throwing up a shot that everyone in the stadium knows is going to brick

He needs to fix his jumper this off-season

I don't think there is anything else that needs to be said

He is a good passer and an excellent defender for a rookie, but this shot is untenable, especially considering he takes 6 3s a game. Its the kind of game where we really miss Hart and Caruso

I honestly think the last time he hit 2 shots in a row was against the Spurs.

He needs to be benched. And don't diss Tony Allen like that. He could at least make a shot now and then.

Mentally weak gives up on plays and doesn't take that final three.

This. He can't go right to shoot and always go left. If denied the 3, cant drive to the basket and make a shot. Smh.

It's a tongue-in-cheek jab at everyone who praises his rebounding as if that's on par with shooting/finishing from a point guard.

Tony Allen is a hall of fame defender that is getting his jersey retired. If you're comparing Lonzo to that in his rookie season because of his missing jumpshot than it should be very interesting what he turns into after his rookie season when his body is used to the NBA grind and NBA speed.

That would make things worse. When he goes 1 for 7 from three on a regular basis against G-League competition... Hide...

He needs to recognize that he needs to improve.

if he does not, there is no way he will ever become a consistent shooter with ugly shot.

He will be a good defender, passer and rebounder.

But not a shooter.

After a game tonight, he should go out and shoot and work on his mechanics.

However, his mechanics are so bad, it will not help.

It's not mental. It's horrible mechanics. He needs to completely revamp to a normal shot form. It's embarrassing to watch this type of shot at the NBA level.

Missing shots...meh. Missing to the extent that you go 1-12 from 3? Yikes.

Nobody, unless you are Steph, should ever take 12 3's when that cold.

He has been really bad lately (at shooting) yes, but some of yall gonna be eating some crow in the next few years and regret some of these quotes . He certainly needs to work on alot this offseason and I believe he will. I still believe in Zo looking towards the future.

Ya'll screaming he's mentally weak cause he avoided taking a three when his shot was off.

But now he's mentally weak for taking that three at the end of the game despite being off?

Some of ya'll are the definition of trying to have your cake and eat it too. You're just gonna say the same insult if he did either thing tbh.

So that's why he shot at a high level from the same distance in college... mechanics.
