It's going to be interesting to see how Lonzo fits if we get PG13, LeBron and Kawhi.
I keep hearing everyone say that LeBron said he wants to play off-ball more...I'm not sure if that's a rumor or false. LeBron has been in the league for over a decade and either it's going to be a huge ego check or we're going to be playing LeBron-ball. The latter is more likely and I can't see it any other way. Honestly it'd be better if Lonzo ran the 2nd unit and we had a scoring PG starting games...like Seth Curry.

It also sounds like the Spurs are not buying Lonzo's potential and /or
his dads mouth.
Lots of moving parts this off season.... |
Sounds like that's what you want |
Did you read that the Spurs were not interested? That could be bull
but it could be fact,,,don't know. And why would that even come up? _________________ Lakers need to build a freaking team ! |

Spurs not wanting Lonzo+ means the Lakers want to ditch Lonzo and blame it on LBJ handling the ball? |

Some Lonzo two man lineup data from last season: Link
Basically Lonzo with backups killed other teams' second units, but the starting unit struggled against other starting units.
Nonetheless, I think it's fascinating how well Hart and Ball play off of one another, and how Zo with a roll threat like Julius may be more effective than Zo with pop threats like Lopez/Kuz contrary to popular opinion. Obviously that may be skewed by a handful of teams dumb enough to go over the screen when defending a Zo/Randle PnR, but bringing back JR as a small ball center or adding a legitimate alley-oop threat like Noel in his place could be a better fit than expected. _________________ Under New Management |

Does that have anything to do with how inconsistent Brook and Kuz were as pop threats, though (serious question)? I don't have the stats, but they were both pretty up and down throughout the year with their three-point shooting OVERALL, though I don't know how that speaks to their efficiency in pick in pop situations specifically.
Also, your first point just makes me want to keep Hart even more. I'd hate to lose him as a "throw in" for any Kawhi deal. Dude is a valuable core piece in his own right, as silly as others may think that sounds. |

They knew this though. I guess the injection didn't work. Get it taken care of. It isn't that major. Hope they go for the repair option like Westbrook and Wall did. _________________ Previously LBJ23 |

Not saying this is certain, but it appears that the team not only botched the reporting of his injuries this season...also the recovery process and preventing further damage?? Seriously, at what point is Gunner's job on the line for this (bleep)? |

What (bleep) that Luke (or someone else?) came out recently and said he's cleared for on-court activities. Complete mismanagement. |
