How much? Which company? What is your monthly electric bill during summer? _________________ "All wars are civil wars, because all men are brothers."

You guys should read up on solar roads. That is the next big thing that will actually make solar power for your home more accessible. |

Not practical. There a lot of technical challenges, not to mention how expensive it would be deploy such a concept. |

then his plan to which is happening in some cities around the country. not enough though. but where you start putting wifi and things of that nature underground. underneath this solar road to make it easy access since you can snap a piece like an old car race track. do your work then put the piece back. |

My system is oversized for how much energy I use, but that's because I will be expanding my house later, and wanted the buffer zone. Picked up SunPower 360 watt panels with microinverters. Total of over 40K, but with rebates, etc. comes down to 26K.
Last year, when it was hot, we were paying 300-350 a month. Right now, I pay around 110-150 or so. And that's with minimal charging of my electric car at home. (Work has free charging so I just charge at work most of the time.)
This year, with tier 1 of SCE going from .11/kWh to .16/kWh, I suspect my bill for the summer would be quite a lot higher this year than last. |

Yeah I I've seen that one too. I think it was a guy from Ohio. Although it does look difficult to implement, I think it will eventually be the norm in about 20-30 years |
