Someone broke into my neighbors garage tonight. I caught the shadow on the camera and heard the garage door go up...
I crept outside, barefoot with a brick in one hand and a dead iPhone in the other, terrified looking at a half open garage door at midnight.
I almost killed my 70 year old "other neighbor" with a brick.
I yelled into the dark garage, "come out with you're hands up, I have a brick!"
It was the most honest and threatening thing I could think of.
Cane first, my older neighbor stumbles out, "dont kill me lakerjoshua, its me, put down the brick!" He says.
I'm at a loss for what just happened. Who should I tell? Nobody was hurt and I don't think the old guy hauled off any tools. But seriously, what the???
Would you be willing to use that brick, LJ? You can do it in self-defense, but don't curbstomp the guy once he's down. That'll get you a prison term. See American History X. _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL SEDALE TRIBUTE EDDIE DONX!

He has a walker dude. I'd have only tossed the brick if he was capable of moving faster than a " brisk hobble".
Which begs to question, how the hell was he going to drag away that blower and band saw?

Good thing you had a brick, who knows what he would have done had he had that walker. _________________ Courage doesn't always roar.

Why did you assume it was a break-in? What happened after you realized that it was him? _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:
Buy some Pepper Spray at Fry's for $5 (it might be $4) and put down the brick... _________________ “Always remember... Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.”

man works as a plumber and his closest weaponized object is a brick
Can't legally shoot someone on my neighbors property and didn't want to clean brain matter off my pipe wrenches.....
Hence, a brick.
But YOU can get shot bringing a Brink to a Gun Fight on your neighbors property...
Personally I would not have done it.
Either call the cops or watch what unfolds (then call the cops if necessary).. _________________ “Always remember... Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.”
