Mailman gets NO love, when he's probably the best Power Forward of all time. You say "Tim Duncan" but Duncan never had to go through Jordan, and he didn't even get through Kobe the majority of the time.

How many times did Karl Malone go through Jordan?

Boston should draft Ball.

Pierce is a Lakers fan and he was their best player.

IT is a Lakers fan and is their best player.

Boston traditionally does well with players bleeding purple and gold.

By the way

Magic/Robertson
Jordan/Kobe
Bron/Bird
Duncan/Malone
Kareem/Wilt

Malone is a reasonable choice for best PF (which, granted, is probably the weakest of 5 positions in NBA history). That said, it's hard to get the top spot when you never won a ring.

Malone played 19 years and he only faced MJ in the playoffs twice. They were in difference conferences.

Yeah though about that but no matter what traditional new PG (Nash?) they would get destroyed by Magic. It's not like Magic was that great of a defender though. Can he guard Curry?

LeBron at PG and Durant at SF might be a better matchup. Magic is a tough PG to find a match for since he's a PG with SF/PF size.

Just look at the other guys... Only one guy is from the "old school". This guy must be like 12-14 years old.

Harden just had one of the best seasons of all time, and whether he gets MVP over Westbrick is irrelevant to that.
He belongs in these discussions, period.

True. Heck my top 5 lineups mostly have at PF a SF like LeBron or a C like Hakeem. Sometimes Duncan obviously.

There haven't been that many PFs that have been that good tbh. Karl Malone is less accomplished than the top 5-6 Centers. Now is he a better talent that some? Maybe but unfortunately he didn't win. But I'm expecting that the "PF" position will get better with teams the NBA going small. A lot of traditional SFs will play PF.

If you're really gonna complain about positions, just noticed that you have Kobe at SF. He played like 1 season as a SF...

You could switch Kobe and Jordan then, cause Jordan played seasons at small forward and then there's no issue.

Magic Johnson
Kobe Bryant
Michael Jordan
Karl Malone
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar

And to say "Malone didn't win" it had something to do with going through Michael Jordan.

Heck Tim Duncan didn't even succeed a majority of the time against Kobe despite having Popovich and being in his prime.

So I doubt Timmy D or Popovich would have gotten past Jordan either.

Absolutely not. Why are you even discussing the modern NBA if you think Harden maybe was in the league in 06

MJ
Lebron
Duncan
Shaq

Unbeatable offensively and defensively. Two of the greatest bigs who would mesh well together plus 3 guys that can all handle and create their own shot

Shaq isn't old school?
What exactly is the weakness in that team? Who would be better subbed out? I'll wait

No, Shaq is generally not old school. Wilt, Russell, Kareem are.

Weakness? Easy, Harden playing defense.

well to be fair, he wouldn't need to quit with this team. Although it makes no sense to have Harden as your PG when you are choosing from literally any PG in NBA history.
