Philosophy is a fun conversation endeavor. Philosophy doesn't defy the empirical sciences. And as much as I love a good philosophical discussion, it essentially is mental (bleep) and nothing more - which is why people lamely bail out to the "opinion" crutch.
If a tree falls in the forest, it makes a noise because everything we have learned and KNOW about the physical world is that as long as the tree falls and makes impact with other objects, that physical act will interact with the objects and air around it to create a "sound" of vibrations that will occur regardless of whether
To say the tree didn't make sound is about as foolish as saying, "well, there was an ice cube on the sidewalk a half hour ago, and it is a cloudless day with a temperature of 90 degrees . . . I see a puddle, but I don't know for sure that the ice cube melted because I didn't watch it. It might have walked away and then some animal managed to take a piss in the same spot . . ."
Yeah, actually you do, because SCIENCE. Ice melts whether you watch it or not and ice cubes don't walk. They may slide along the ground AS they melt, but they don't pick up and just walk off without a trace. |
All you inked are reasons, after awhile, I conceded to 24 the tree made a sound.
In the murders of Nicole, Ron, I own, no one, except the killer, knows.
All evidence points to OJ. My personal opinion is, he was complicit. I don't know if he did or did not actually do the deed, I only have an opinion.
Relating to his trial, Marcia Clark and Chris Darden were out lawyered. | My personal opinion lead me to believe He knew who did do it or had some one do it. Which is how some of the evidence lead to him but other stuff didnt really add up.
its like watching one of those shows where they show some spouse pay for a killer for hire. and when all the evidence comes out, nothing links the professional killer to the thing. they link the spouse due to the obvious fact"who else would want said spouse dead" and a few more things like "who will know the alarm to the home" or "who else would know what time said spouse would be out or at home or out for a jog, etc."
but the actual person that did the deed left little to know evidence, except for the fact it looked like a professional hit. and you know good and well the spouse is not a professional hit person. now even in that scenario there are times the spouse still did it and he/she did such a professional looking job of taking said person out. that it looked like a legit professional did the hit. is this what happened with OJ? we dont know. and as much as DMR would like to take that short leap to say yeah he did it and its like a tree falling in the forest making a sound or an ice cube melting. it was not that cut and dry |

You can "own" what you wish. The truth of the matters is that regardless of the prosecutions missteps in handling the trial and the jury's personal decisions in how to weigh the evidence, it was unquestionably clear that the evidence of OJ's guilt was there.
Kudos to Johnny Cochran for coming up with a clever (bleep) tag line to baffle the brainless - "If the glove doesn't fit, you must acquit" is right up there with Trump's "Make America Great Again" as far baseless catchphrases that manipulate the mindless.
As for OJ simply being "complicit" . . . no. The knife OJ used was "complicit". OJ was responsible for wielding that knife to murder two people, including the mother of his own children. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

Not disagreeing with the evidence pointing to OJ. Not talking about the prosecutions missteps. Not talking about the jury's personal decision on how to weigh evidence. My position is no one except the killer/killers know for sure who actually committed the crime.
Johnny didn't come up with the phrase "If the glove doesn't fit, you must acquit, Gerald Uelmen, dean of the law school at Santa Clara, did.
You don't know if OJ actually killed Nicole and Ron, you believe he did. Nothing I can say will change your mind. I don't know, I have an opinion, which is, he was complicit.
A tree in the forest can be disputed scientifically. OJ's guilt is speculative. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

I'm interested in how he is mentally. Will he still feel entitled or will he be humble.
Report: O.J. Simpson Could Be Released on Parole as Early as Monday

Quote: | he doctor who discovered a degenerative brain condition linked to concussion in football players has said 'I would bet my medical licence' that O.J Simpson is suffering from it.
Dr Bennet Omalu, 47, whose research inspired Will Smith film Concussion, told People magazine that it is 'not an irresponsible conclusion' to assume Simpson is suffering mental health problems.
Dr Omalu said Simpson would be particularly prone to the condition because of his large head, so big that he required specially-made helmets to play. |

I'm sure there are some who wish the suspicion could be made a reality because in order to do so OJ would have to be deceased.
OJ is arrogant as ever
