How many of you were wanting GSW to get the 16-0 and how many wanted the lakers 2001 run to be preserved?

i mean if GSW wins monday they'll tie but never 16-0. I personally wanted the lakers run to remain as the only

We actually went 15-1 since that year the first round was still 3 games. They'd be at 16-1 on Monday which would be a higher win % whatever that means.

Lakers run was much more impressive considering the competition we were up against. Blazers, Kings, Spurs... just about the most difficult road you can take to a finals and we swept them all.

Agree that the 00-01 Lakers run was more impressive, the Warriors played the Spurs without their best player for nearly the entire series. When the Spurs did have Kawaii Leonard in Game 1, Warriors were getting shellacked by 21 points at home until the 7 minute mark in the 3rd quarter when Zaza happened.

Lakers completely destroyed the Spurs 111-72 in Game 3 then 111-82 in Game 4.

Doesn't mean anything, one loss is one loss.

Boy did I remember that series.

It was so good and so bad that Shaq was leading a fast break while giving no look passes.

One day we'll get back to that kind of ass kicking.

Bye.

I do want LeBronze to lose, but I'm glad they at least won one game. If GSW wins tonight it can be considered equal to but not surpassing our 01 run in my eyes

Yup, apple to orange.
I will take the Blazers or the Kings that took Lakers to the 7th game over these Warriors.
