Honestly it's GM 101. You wouldn't trash a guys shot in a workout even if it was bad! What would you gain? Even if true you gain nothing. Hence why I'm more likely to believe JJ killed it. _________________ How can I get a copy of a Laker game played on Sunday, March 11, 2001 Sonics/Lakers? If you know PM me please
I mean just rewatch the first minute of his post interview and try and convince yourself he stunk it up _________________ How can I get a copy of a Laker game played on Sunday, March 11, 2001 Sonics/Lakers? If you know PM me please

I do agree that you don't trash a college player's shot, that is extremely unprofessional. As for JJ's shot, we will find out after the draft. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023.
Is anyone else of the thought that all these reports are complete fabrications? Lonzo says what he learned from this process is that you have to be in really good shape in the NBA. Reporters report he was out of shape. Jackson says he needs to work on shooting stroke and handling. Reporters say his shooting and handling were a problem. So transparent.
I swear people only look at what they want to. When you hear Lonzo did poorly in his workout: oh it's just a smokescreen. When Josh Jackson doesn't do well: well yeah of course he sucks Lonzo all the way. Where's the consistency?
Dlo stroke is pure
Bi was great in college and will greatly improve
Jr can manufacture points
Jj 3 ball wasn't as bad as most imply
Nance for length/ rb's

Of course they are. It's click bait.
Ball- excellent playmaker
Jj- defender who can manufacture points
Fultz- nice handles and can score can become excellent defender
Fox- bigger IT ( from celts)
Tatum- my sleeper, sick stroke

IIRC, DLO only one close to league average 3-point % last season. He's the only one I would be confident in staying at or passing that average. Yes, I expect the young guys to improve but don't see one outside of DLO hitting that number this upcoming season.

If dlo and bi pick up where they left off we will be alright

Maybe they were hoping Philly lets JJ slide past them at #3 so he's still there at #4 for when they swap picks with PHX. Of course, now BOS will be picking there and I doubt they fall for it.

this is what has stuck with me....he seemed like he thought it went great....so either he is really out of touch or the Lakers pushing out a smokescreen.
after the first four plays i have no problem with JJ
Very jimmy butler-esque there.
I was thinking Eddie Jones, but Jones and Butler were both 3x All-Stars, 3x All-Defense (2nd) and 1x All-NBA (3rd). Hard to make a comparison without implications of superstardom.

Feedback from NBA teams positive on both Josh Jackson, Frank Mason, Self says
Quote:
“I think he's got a good chance to go (No.) 2 for sure (to Los Angeles Lakers). If he does fall, I think Philadelphia has a great chance to pick him up at 3. I shouldn't say for sure (but) he's going to be a top-five pick with I think an outside chance of being No. 1, but a realistic chance of going in the top two.”
^ Boston Globe reporter is saying that Celtics are trying to get Jackson to come in and still can't get him for a workout after today.
Puts a lot of stock on Gambo's first report that Jackson already had a promise to either Lakers/Philly since last week, and you know it's no longer Philly...
