I get that Payton and Malone were really old, but we still had prime Kobe and prime Shaq, two top 10 players of all time. That alone makes me put them ahead of the current Cavs.

I feel like the 07-08 Celtics would have beaten the second Miami championship team (and possibly also the first) in a seven game series. which is why I ranked them above the Heat. There's only one ball to go around and the Heat's big 3 were not off the ball players. And then the Celtics had a much better defense. _________________ (bleep) Kawhi
