Sheridan doubling down on LBJ to LA if you look at his recent tweets.

Yup they will.

Not sure why LeBron to LA is even a conversation here, its done he is coming.

He is going to join the Lakers 100% done over for a long time now.

Any news that says other is a complete smoke screen. The news media need ratings so conflicting reports produce clicks. If they announced LeBron was coming to LA early the story would be over and whomever broke it would probably ruin their career for letting out privileged information without permission.

I wish I had your same certainty for LeBron coming to L.A. for literally anything in my life but as a born pessimist I’ve never believed LBJ or PG was coming unless they got traded here. That said, I hope I’m completely wrong about this. It just honestly doesn’t seem likely that anyone top tier signs here until next offseason at the earliest.

It might take around a week or so.

I remember when I lived in LA, I was calling every store everyday after we traded for Pau Gasol to see when they received a shipment of his new jerseys. Kept calling Staples and El Segundo and the malls.

The first ones in LA to sell them was a sports shop at City Walk in Hollywood. I got there just before their shipment came in and bought a gold Gasol.

So they were released not too long after we found out he was traded to the Lakers and I'm sure they'll have LeBron and PG's jerseys ready the minute the choose their numbers. They're going to sell like hotcakes.

How fast do hotcakes sell?

IHOP is now IHOB, a burger joint

How about selling like waffles? Waffle House isn't going to be Burger House anytime soon.

In follow-up tweets, he seemed to be hinting at players getting bought out and coming to LA. Not sure who he has in mind, though.

That sounds horrible. Like when magic came back midseason and it shattered the young laker backcourt confidence.

Everyone’s gearing up for big LeBron James derby, including LeBron

Quote:
Not that everyone’s necessarily waiting until midnight of July 1, even if the NBA keeps sending out memos on tampering, according to an Eastern Conference GM.

“Meanwhile,” said the GM, “LeBron is doing what we does — calling players on other teams he wants to play with.”

There have been no specific reports, but there’s no mystery about who’s involved. At this point, the surprise would be finding out some fave Bron has kept secret.

Jesus, March 1st? LeBron calling people?

Speculation is really getting high now. Part of me is loving this all and how interested I am in it, another part just wants this to all be over.

James is essentially doing the work for the Lakers to recruit to LA. Im sure his team will provide the list of players to chase. The Lakers will make the pitch and provide the terms of contract.

Probably make a phone call to see if it’s in stock.

Telephone: 702-474-3095

LeBron plans to wear #6 when he's here. He's saving 23 from Cleveland-- 6 is his number everywhere else. You'll see

If LeBron making phone calls to recruit is true then he's forming a superteam and if he chooses us, the young kids are gone for sure

Ken Burger: Cavs exploring Kemba Walker trade

Quote:
The Cavs continue to explore the possibility of working a deal with the Charlotte Hornets for two-time All-Star Kemba Walker, two league sources told B/R on Thursday night. Their best chance at such a deal would seem to have involved the eighth pick in the draft, which didn’t happen. One person close to Walker said Thursday night that he still believes such a deal is “possible.”

Another league source pushed the notion of a trade for Walker one step further when it comes to the Cavs’ chances of keeping LeBron: Acquiring Walker, the person said, “is the only way LeBron stays.”

LeBron staying for Walker? I will believe it when I see it, Walker doesn’t move the needle especially on the Cavs roster.

So Lebron is already running the team. That didn’t last long for those who thought that Magic and Pelinka would keep him under control. I have no problem with that, Lebron is the one who has shown success.
