Lebron, Simmons & Embiid doesn't work. It would be too congested. Sort of like the time the Lakers tried Shaq, Campbell and Ceballos. Didn't work at all. Eventually they put Fox/Horry around Shaq as it spaced the floor way better. Simmons can't shoot and is best with the ball. Lebron needs the ball. Doesn't work there either. They maybe trying but I don't see it working unless they move Simmons, which I can't see them doing.

Can't believe people actually thought that cover photo change was some kind of Blue’s Clue. The ”Akron to LA” thing on the SpringHill Entertainment website had a lot more juice behind it than that cover photo. Good thing we only have to endure one more week of this. People are officially losing their minds now.

Difference is, Cleveland has little to no flexibility. We have tons. It doesnt make sense for Lebron to try to lure players to play for a Cleveland team that probably cant trade/sign them anyway. Cleveland had a chance to do that with the #8 pick and didnt. Plus, it would also require player/organization coordination to accomplish. And weve heard no evidence of that. Surely we would have heard something about that by now.

The writing is on the wall for where he wants to go. It could change of course. But its there.

Personally, I think we are hearing Kemba’s name because Kupchak is trying to clear the decks and acquire assets for the rebuild.

The only positive I see with him is his contract.

Don’t want him, though. He’s a ball-dominant chucker. He’s a Rich man’s Jordan Clarkson.

Let Cleveland have him.

For what it's worth:

Spoke with a friend who works in a company closely aligned with Staples Center -- gonna keep it vague not as much for her, but in case this tidbit could mess with Staples employees after that crazy no tampering mtg. She's heard from some peeps who she said would know that LeBron is a done deal.

I also mentioned a few hundred (ha!) pages back about how my daughter goes to school right near his house in Brentwood (that's number 2) and it has continued to be intense construction activity non-stop since the finals began. We're talking 40 trucks parked outside daily. Neighbors coning off parking so they don't get blocked in.

Last Friday they put up video cameras EVERYWHERE. Tall polls with multiple cameras on them.

I think this is really happening.
