Weird seeing a LeBron homer asking this question... |
Really? I mean, he's not that ISO scorer type you need to close out games. Doesn't mean he wouldn't be involved in down the stretch situations but his jumper isnt reliable enough IMO. |

What really? It is legit weird seeing a LeBron homer admit he's not a closer. |

Get the ball to Lebron and let him create for his teammates as he does in Cleveland. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

I don't think that's weird at all. Anyone who looks at LBJ with an objectie mind should know that he isn't a Kobe/MJ type of closer.
To be clear, not being a closer does not make one a choker. It just means you're not a closer. |

James could actually benefit from being the pick man as silly as that sounds. RW attacking the rim, back to James...how do you defend that? Then you've got two smart kids that can create worst case. |

No, it just means that one has a very limited description of what a closer is. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

I get that there are various ways to close out a game. But the label of closer, is typically used to define the player who MAKES the actual timely buckets on a regular basis.
I don't really see Lebron as that guy, even if he is clearly involved in the actual plays whether as the set up man, attention hoarder, and so on. |

Kinda crazy to think that Lebron has a kid entering high school. Is it crazy to say Lebron could be playing 5 years from now with his son in the NBA? I don't think there's ever been a father/son duo in the NBA. |

Part of his legacy... I think he wants it to happen.
and, come the f on. If he is looking at high schools in LA, what does that tell everyone. LA is a place he want this family to call home. Now will he play elsewhere or play in LA. With the time difference and infrequent travel to the west coast, how much time would that leave him to visit his family if he stayed in Cleveland. |

I couldn't disagree more. Players can close by play making, rebounding and defensively. You use a very limited description of closing. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

So will LeBron wear #6 or #23 for the Lakers?
Maybe he'll wear both and get them both retired too _________________ |

Who knows what number that hypocrite/liar Lebron James will wear.
Remember when he chose #6? Why Lebron?
Quote: | “I feel like no NBA player should wear 23. I’m starting a petition and I’ve got everyone in the NBA to sign it.” James said. “Now, if I’m not going to wear No. 23, then nobody else should be able to wear it.” |
So honorable Lebron. But a few years later...
Quote: | LeBron James ✔ @KingJames
23 it is! It's only right I go back. 2·3=6 We still family 6. |
Woo hoo. What changed Lebron? Oh, Jordan is no longer the greatest? Haha. I'm still OK with this hypocrite/liar on the Lakers though |

Like I mentioned weeks ago, he is coming for a myriad of reasons. Most being post playing career related but he still wants some chips. |

Surprisingly, El Torito has some decent chips.
PSA: El Torito has a Lunch Buffet for ~$10. Not bad. |

I think if we get Bron he wears 6 or a whole new number.
23 is his Cavs number. _________________ 24 |

This is why from a career trajectory standpoint, I see a Wilt/LBJ comparison. Both came later on in their already HOF career, though LBJ had won more chips. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

LeBron coming here would be like when Malone came. I wanted the Lakers to do well but I still kinda hated him deep down. |
