Patterson's salty Lebron called out the refs for a (bleep) call on Lonzo

Is Rondo allowed to leave the bench to stand on the court during the final 5.3 seconds of the game? Asking on behalf of my moms. @OfficialNBARefs

I wish we never signed him in the first place. We have 34 y old player who played so many games in last 10 years. I think this is just beginning and we have three more years of him getting older and more injured. Bad situation. I just hope the young guys will start to show their full potential because with LBJ I do not have much faith that this will end good for us.

Sure hope so. It’s looking like 25-23 and needing to get on a bit of a winning streak.

Either that game or the Suns game following.

I don't think the team is practicing today, actually. Which is a problem for Rondo and Lebron xD

Luke said yesterday they were gonna have practice on Sunday, but it looks like Lonzo’s injury overshadowed it so we didn’t get someone to tell us about Rondo and LeBron practicing.

Just means he's not playing tonight.

He did 5v5 non-contact practice yesterday. That progresses to full contact, then he plays. He's close. I don't see why you continue to think he's a long way off

Yeah I think he’s still a few weeks away it seems. Both he and Rondo.

Rondo, the guy already participating in full contact drills, is still weeks away? Heh, do you want to make a wager?

No I posted in the injury thread that Luke just said that Rondo is a strong possibility for Thursday.

We figure out a way to win this game tonight and Luke should get an extension.

We would be much better of with Paul George. That dude would be giving us top 10 player production for the next 5 years. He is also much more desirable to play alongside when it comes to attracting free agents.

Lebron has done good in teaching these guys things and being very vocal on defense getting everyone in line. For that he is great. But if KD or KL do not come this summer we are absolutely screwed.

Karl Malone was a solid rock before he came to the Lakers. Dwight Howard was Superman then had all his back issues. Steve Nash was always injured even prior to joining the Lakers. I remember seeing him not even on the Phoenix bench, but always on the floor stretching, working his back. We don't seem to have any EFFING luck with old timers, not even when the old timer is the best in the game. If this groin is the beginning of the end, this might turn out to be like Kobe Bryant in 2016, but will be dragged on for 3 more yrs after this.

This string of bad luck is insane. But if you think about it, historically, the string of good fortune was insane as well. Everything balances out.

well said. I think Lebron needs to take that trip to Germany and get his groin done... if they do groins as well over there.

Give it up... PG didn't want to come here. He made that clear right before Lebron made his announcement of coming here. Also this team will not be better with PG. PG is one of the worst efficient scorers in the league.

Chris Broussard is "hearing" that Lebron will return against Phoenix on Sunday, according to some guy on reddit.

EDIT: Just watched the video myself and he said "predicting", not "hearing". Some people just don't have ears

We’ll see. Wouldn’t be surprised if he gets pushed back again.
