Not even close!!!

It's Lebron and everyone else.

It’s just like Kobe’s career arc in that regard. There were always usurpers to his throne of being the best player in the league but Kobe always left them in the dust. Both of their runs are truly amazing.

Example: Kobe had TMac, VC, and others...

Lebron’s draft class include Melo, Wade, Bosh, David West, Luke Walton, etc.. all those guys are dinosaurs now.

Lebron is gonna have a Kobe end prime where his 3-4 down years of his prime is better than anyone in the league.

Luke and Lebron in the same sentence made me chuckle. But I get what you mean

Very impressive by Lebron.

But, did he face a single hall of famer in these playoffs?

I used to be a Lebron hater but lets stop. Lebron has risen to the occasion every time. This guy is unreal and it is gonna be crazy when he is here this upcoming season.

Can’t wait till Lebron signs elsewhere so this forum can stop swallowing him. This is laker forum and every thread I go to is bombarded by lebron posts. He’s not coming here, anyone who thinks he is coming is naive. It’s cringe inducing to see all the lebron knob polishing around here. Free agency can’t come soon enough.

I truly wonder what teams LeBron could NOT have gotten out of these East playoffs if he was just added to their roster (I'm thinking for sure Hawks, Nets, Clippers and Knicks without Porzingis. Kings are iffy)

This is much more of me admiring LeBron's abilities than taking a jab at the East.

This Cavs team has no business being in the Finals. I've never been a LeBron fan, but what he accomplished with this dreadful group deserves much praise.

You gotta play the players you put in front of you. He can’t help that. That’s akin to knocking Kobe for scoring 81 because it was against the Raptors.

Why are you trying to be a Debbie downer? Especially when our fan base is the most optimistic it has been since we acquired Pau in 2008... that’s not cool... if you don’t think he’s coming then fine but let people do whatever they please.

Maybe you should take your last sentence to heart then. If people can swallow lebron non stop then I can do the opposite

One thing that seems a bit strange to me is that Lebron would be willing to come to LA while costing one of the guys in his agency, KCP, a job. If LA hopes to land both James and George, while also possibly retaining Randle, there's not way to keep Pope at a market contract.

Maybe you could care a little about decorum? Thanks.

Does anyone here think the Lakers will reach out to Kobe to help lure Lebron during free agency? Do you think Kobe would even participate in that?

Im not comparing Lebron with Kobe. Im comparing him versus jordan.

And Kobe crushes both of them, no debate there.

No. Kobe isn’t about that. He’s spoken to it.

90's MJ
00's Lakers
11's Lebron

80's Lakers
90's MJ
00's Lakers
11's Lebron
20's ???

Call me crazy, but I think we're going to continue the pattern and dominate the next decade.

After a couple weeks to think about it, if you do that again, I will accommodate you. This is not the way to engage people.
