FORMER BULL ANDRES NOCIONI OFFICIALLY RETIRES FROM BASKETBALL

Following Real Madrid's season-ending loss on June 16, 37-year-old former Bull Andres Nocioni officially retired from professional basketball.

While Nocioni had made his intentions to retire clear a few months ago, following his teams loss in the ACB Finals marked the official start of his retirement.

The product of Argentina was a Bull from 2004-08 when he was moved to the Sacramento Kings. In his tenure as a Bull he became a fan favorite of sorts known for his hard-working style of play and seemingly clutch shots from beyond the three-point line.

He played 351 games in red where he averaged 11.7 points per game as well as shooting at a .431 clip from the three. He also played in 22 playoff games for the Bulls during that span.

Aside from Chicago, Nocioni found much success at the international level playing for Argentina along players like Manu Ginobli and Luis Scola who helped nab the countries first gold medal at the 2004 Olympic games.
