Hopefully fans ask tough questions, I thought people were going soft on Jim when he was here.

Don't really have anything for her. More questions for magic and Rob. Actually one question... Or request: please change your Twitter profile pick.

Thanks DB. It's interesting that KCET is hosting this town hall.

I want to know more about their new training facility and traing team.

Magic has been talking 1st Class all the way and I've worked with teachers who can take average and below average talent and drop your jaw with their results.

And I worked with guys that could take top end athletes and really road block their development.

What separates team success is talent development imo...and this was one of my biggest issues with Vitti around for so long swearing by antiquated training and rehab methods like physiotherapy that are as popular as racquettball clubs and jazzercize now a days.

I expect to see a huge performance and endurance jump in our guys this year...hope I'm right.

Ask her about Jerry West. Is the deal breaker an ownership stake?

I think she'll dodge any Jerry West-related question or just give some vague answer.

I hope they grill her on the Jerry West thing too. Can't have it both ways. You got on Jimbo for this, they need to get on you as well.

If she avoids it, then that's just like Jim not communicating. If she dodges, she accomplishes nothing and the story persists. That doesn't seem like her M.O., but we'll see. Obviously, this is a pretty big issue for a lot of fans so hopefully it gets asked until answered.

I heard Ireland briefly mention something about it on their Mason and Ireland show on Thursday. Maybe I misremembered. Never got to hear him explain all the way through. But all the same, the FO needs to give some kind of explanation if they are going against logic. I wouldn't let this die. This is something under their control and directly on them. They have to live with reason but we deserve to know official from them.

Maybe not the specifics, but the general reason at the minimum.

Bye.

I'd ask if she thought Robert Horry and Derek Fisher should be in the HOF.

Would she mind if the Clipps honored Chris Paul with a statue at Staples?

Would she have still fired Jim and Mitch had Deng and Mozgov produced more?

Ask her if there is urgency in the FO to win or if they are willing to wait another 3-5 seasons? What is her gauge on how much she thinks Laker fans will take before abandoning the team.

Ask about west
Is there a timeline to get competitive?
How involved is she in the draft?
Kobe statue?
Is she more involved in basketball operations now with the regime change?
Ask if she years the fans cries?

Here's one for her:

Hey Jeanie which is a stupider decision: Not hiring one of the greatest minds in NBA history or your brother signing Dang & Mozgoof to huge, long contracts?

If it is shares there's not much to say or place blame on our FO. Can't blame them for keeping any shares off the table to anyone after what they've just been through. And the situation in general is basically "do you want to give shares to ryan west?".

If JWest wants to end his career here i don't think anyone would say no to him joining as a semi-retired consultant basis.

Instead of asking directly using Jwest's name; I'd say shes been very close to very successful people making the move to operations and with such an inexperienced FO what makes her feel secure without that experience under her in BOps?

Grill her with nothing but questions about why she and her team did not want one of the greatest basketball minds ever in Jerry West to help the rebuild.

I wouldn't be surprised if she dodged it.

Then we continue to ask.

Cause it's an injustice that he WANTS to be here and she isn't letting it happen.
