cap experts - what moves need to be done to get under the cap to sign LBJ and PG13?

Ok. I have been in this for about 3 months now and The Only way to get 2 Max Player next year is sacrifying the Pick in a trade for PG NOW sending Deng or Mosgov. You adquire the Birds Rights for PG, so you can sign the MAX player, then go over the cap to sign PG & Julius.
