I think there should be a thread for those of us that have faith the FO is doing and will make the right moves to build us back to the winning Lakers.

The reaction by most here today reminds me of the fans reaction when the Knicks picked Porzingis in the draft.....they hated it at first but loved it later.

I truly believe the Laker's FO are on the right track with the direction they're going.

I BELIEVE!!

It's funny you bring up the Knicks because this reminds me of when the Knicks cleaned house for Carmelo, even when he said he was going to NY anyways.

It's not like Porzingas. In one instance, you are gaining a huge upside legit triple threat player with question marks.

In our case, we're giving away a young talent with huge upside for.........4 years of 6th seeds then rebuild.

I don't believe in or not believe in this front office. It is way early to see what they turn the Lakers into. But I will be dammed if I am going to act like the vajaja monologues all over the message boards because they make a move in the beginning stages of their tenor. So far... this move makes Magic look like an outrageously incompetent PoBO.

Having said that... final judgment is withheld until all the moves are done. There is a path to turn this atrocious trade into a necessary move to a bigger, winning plan. I'll wait and see what happens next.

I tried to tell guys here that the Lakers were not going to go into next season with a bunch of young guys playing no defense and acting like winning 25 games per season makes you a lifer.

Not in LakerLand. DLO found that out today, others will find out shortly.
