I suspect we could see this every night from him.

We could but not with the roster currently constructed

If we play Ingram at the 2, we can start Kuz. With Ball, and Ingram guarding perimeter players we should be okay. I think Kuz can do an okay job on 3s and 4s.

in the flow with his cuts and driving in transition! and then pops out quick for 3s. huuuge clutch 3. ..

No one else on the team comes close to his movement off ball.

It's so nice seeing someone hit those corner 3's that are being created.

Kuzma needs to start.

Take KCP out of starting lineup.

That especially being true.

Number 2 pick Ingram needs to step up when he gets back, and not in a punch somebody in the face way.

Better off just trading him. Kuzma fits much better. FO will be making a mistake holding onto Ingram until the remainder of this year. He will not take the big leap people are hoping for and his value will diminish. Have to move him while we can.

Problem is for who? Our best and most ideal option is AD or an all star big man.

AD would be amazing, best player in the league imo. Problem is, the only way we acquire him is by shipping the entire team plus picks. The best thing the FO can do is move Ingram + a first for a talented center. If we could keep McGee as the backup wow. I like Jaren Jackson a lot.

Jaylen Brown would be a better fit. Can guard the 2 and shoot better, let Bron/Kuz be the forwards.
Zach Collins is a developing Center that could be very good. already a rim protector and shot the 3 well in college..

I havent seen a tonne of Zach but that exchange would be insanity. No chance Celtics give us Brown but I agree a much better fit.

I'll give it until seasons end to see who's 'better' and if they can co-exist.

Kuz needs to be a starter and not a backup center. He is much better at the forward position. They can start Ingram at the 2 when he comes back. KCP is worthless and shouldn't be starting anymore. I would also keep Ball in the starting lineup and have Rondo and Hart as the backups to Ball and Ingram. Keep KCP on the bench where he belongs.

Incredible game by Kuzma. Hopefully we continue to see this aggressive scorer as the norm.

The idiotic center experiment should have seen its last time on the court. Kuzma gets overwhelmed at center. Clearly thrives in his role last night

Never realized how alpha Kuzma is until last night. I saw him yell at Lance Stephenson in the 4th when he didn't pass him the ball until late in the shotclock and saw communicating a lot with LeBron throughout the course of the game.

Kuz was so great last night

It just goes to show what he can do when he’s playing his natural position next to LeBron

He is a stretch 4 , that’s where he does his damage

Gotta say i think its in our best interest to start Kuzma with LeBron and McGee.

Dont think theres any way around it ..
i said it before the game and now i am basically assured

Even if it does mean possibly using BI as 6th man

i just think Kuzma fits much better next to LeBron and really gives us that 3pt threat (tho he has struggled i expect % to go way up) and lets face it hes a natural scorer that can go off like last night at any given time

To me its not fair to misuse him as a backup center when we know what he can do at his real position.
He needs to start permanently ..

Hopefully ..

i am glad Williams showed he can be serviceable as a small 5 , this should relieve Kuz of backup 5 duty and buy us some time until Wagner returns

Whenever that is LOL

There's just a different mentality with Kuz vs. Lonzo/BI.

The latter two were highly heralded high school/college/high lottery picks. Things were given to them from the start. Kuz has literally had to get everything he has by himself.

I think that's why LBJ probably meshes better with him. Playing BI's spot last night, he still managed to put up over 30+ shots b/c he is someone that commands that kind of attention from even LBJ.

Would do BI a lot of favors if he could assert himself like that too.

Really enjoyed what Kuz did last night.

Hopefully that asinine center experiment is all but dead. Was killing his legs and psyche IMO.
