Yep, I blame Luke for not drawing up plays for him. Should have brought him back immediately to start the 2nd and gone to him every time until he cooled off. Typical Luke...

Yup luke never feeds the hot hand smh

If he stayed hot, never got injured, and got a gimme from Silver after an All-Star went down, Kuz could be in the all star as well.

39 points but only played 31 mins.

If a player is hot, milk them, he should’ve played 40 mins.

39 points not enough for a team win.

Absolutely agree. Kuz kept us in the game. Can't bench him after he scores 10 points in a row. Keep him in till he starts missing.

Kuz only played 31 minutes, Lebron 32, Ingram about the same. Now while they were on the floor we were competitive ...

...

I hate putting out conspiracy theories but ... are we tanking?

Not Kuzma's fault Luke can't stagger his rotations with our best players and feed the hot hand.

Another reason why I'm glad the AD trade didn't go through.

We got a true future allstar in Kuzma. KEEP HIM ON THIS LAKER TEAM!

Kuz is a legitimate microwave. Holy (bleep) he gets hot.

Cooled down on the bench though

I mean obviously Steph can get hot. That goes without saying.

So i am wondering who is the worst player, that can get as hot as Kuzma can? Tobias Harris maybe? Even he doesnt seem to get that hot.

Should have been playing 48 minutes with his performance tonight. No excuse to pull him (and every other good player) to end the 3rd and start the 4th. Lost us the game...

1. Luke doesn't want him to get injure.
2. FO doesn't want to pay him the MAX one day so they might have to trade him in the future.

That was so frustrating. It was a 5 point game with 4-5 min left in the 3rd and then Puke decides to bench our 2 best players, and Kuzma while he's scorching hot. We ended that quarter down 15 pretty much giving it away because Pukester has no idea how to have proper NBA rotations

Why you don’t sit one of LBJ or BI in the 1st and third to run with the second unit instead of Lance is purely baffling. I knew to do this on the 90s basketball games when I was just a child. It’s common sense,.. but what do I know.
