The roasting (bleep) has gone too far. It was funny in the beginning, but like most good things, too much can be bad for you and in this case, cringeworthy. Time to get back to what you're paid to do, kids.

Ya that sauce award clip was pretty weak. and I'm not sure how much of this Ball and Hart are gonna take without it getting personal. I felt like Kuz went too far talking about his Jumper and his girl=
Dude it's starting to look like high school stuff. Paul George isn't signing up to be roasted by some youngins.
Dudes need to grow up and act like pros. Damn Magic needs to put in a call and sort this out.

Kuzma Heads to China to Celebrate NBA Finals and Support Youth Development Initiatives

Quote:
BEIJING, May 31, 2018 – NBA China today announced that Harrison Barnes of the Dallas Mavericks, Kyle Kuzma of the Los Angeles Lakers, and Naismith Basketball Hall of Famer David Robinson will visit China from June 1 to 9 to celebrate the NBA Finals 2018 with Chinese fans and support the continued growth of basketball in China.

Quote:
Kuzma, who will be visiting China for the first time, will attend a viewing party for Game 1 of The Finals on Friday, June 1 in Weinan, Shaanxi Province, hosted by NBA China’s broadcast partner BesTV. Later in the day, he will attend a Jr. NBA basketball court donation ceremony in partnership with the Shanghai Sports Federation as part of the NBA’s celebration of the International Children’s Day. On June 2, Kuzma will travel to Beijing to meet fans at the Jr. NBA Beijing High School League Finals and host an NBA Cares basketball clinic for migrant school students to celebrate the International Children’s Day. While in Beijing, he will provide live halftime commentary on Tencent’s broadcast of Game 2 of The Finals, as well as attend a viewing party on June 4 for NBA League Pass and Tencent Sports subscribers at a cinema in Beijing.

Quote:
On June 3 and 4, Kuzma will visit the newly-opened NBA Playzone Beijing at Changying BHG Mall, where he will interact with children, parents, and meet lucky fans selected from the NBA App and NBA QMQ in the NBA Beijing Office. Kuzma will also travel to Taipei, where he will make an appearance at the NBA Store in Taipei to interact with fans and conduct an interview with Videoland on Thursday, June 7.

Agreed. I'm old school. All this obsession with social media annoys the hell out of me. One of the reasons why BI is a cut above most of his peers. He's more about the game than he is the fame.

He's turning into that one friend who doesn't know how to draw the line between roasting someone as a joke vs. just being (bleep) up for no reason lol

but I guess that's just his thing so it doesn't matter

Better than Kobe or Jordan just punching a teammate I guess. I wonder which teammate Kuzma punches first? If Kuz wants to be Jordan, he'll punch someone like Caruso. If Kuz wants to be Kobe, he'll go after someone like Randle or Lopez.

And videos of Kuzma playing keep away with kids in China, talking on the mic, signing autographs for insane fans at the Nike store, or dunking for a crowd? You know, the typical things NBA players do while in China...

I love Kuz, but he is extremely cocky. He said a few things after games last season about teammates that raised my eyebrows, but I don't need a locker room to be shangri la on a team that hasn't been in the playoffs in half a decade.

I don't think early 20s Kobe had time for that (bleep), which isn't to say it's not worth anybody's time. He had a one track mind back then, and it wasn't until the later years that he started embracing his personal brand more. And Kobe didn't roast or mess around with his teammates anyway, he just told it like it is.
