Why is it hard for some people to belive that pros can get bigger by lifting weights? They don't have another job, they get there work in, and we have seen reports of Kuz working out. Do people think he goes to the facility and sits around for a few hours and goes home? _________________ Previously LBJ23 |

hard light from overhead. Perfect conditions for highlighting musculature. If you smooth out the highlights, I bet he'd look pretty much identical to end of the season. It's ok, this has become tradition every summer. |
It's easy for young guys to gain size that are skinny. The initial growth is rather significant before they start to plateau. |

That looks like a plot tweet, I mean she could just be saying that to appreciate Kuz as a Laker. |

There's a psychological connection to him being Magic's guy when they fell in love with him at last years combine, and everything he's shown us so far. The fact that he could be in the all star conversation while making less than 5m a year isn't something you let go of easily. |
yup. thats why i think Ingram is most likely to be moved since no one really wants lonzo |

I'd rather trade Ingram than Kuzma. I understand there's an age difference, but Kuzma just already has IT. Ingram is still too hesitant and that might prevent him from ever being an All-Star caliber player. |

The Lakers have big plans for Kuz. All his appearances have to be cleared by PR. He wasn't acting on his own. Jeanie mention Kuzma twice on twitter today is bi accident too. Same goes for the Ding article last week. |

That Kuzma quote: “I want to be bigger than life, as big as Kobe, Jordan, and Michael Jackson” instantly reminded me of Kobe’s own rookie quote: “I want to be the Will Smith of the NBA”.
You never ever hear players say things like that, especially a rookie.
He’s going to be a very special NBA player.

Kuz is definitely my 2nd favorite player last season.
I hope Kuz and Zo will have a long successful Lakers career together. _________________ Tacos |

Not sure if people caught this or not from Luke, but Kuz is in the weight room at 6 am, back working on skills mid day, then back at night for shooting. |

Luke passed along word that assistant coach Miles Simon is marveling at the improvement in Kuzma's base. Because of weight work, it's much more difficult to move Kuzma in the post already, Luke said. |

Losing Randle won't hurt so much if Kuz is strong enough to play the 4.. |

Kuzma's a 3 at this level. Primary 3, occasional stretch 4. He also played his best defense at the 3, and took full advantage of his ball handling abilities at the 3 and admitted preferring to play there after doing so. So consider that. Kuzma will continue to get NBA strong, but he doesn't need to go to 250 pounds trying to bang with power forwards when he's much more effective defensively at the 3. Kuzma's a 3, occasional 4, Randle's a 4, occasional 5. That's why they can play together. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:
