This was one of those magical Hart games like last year. Maybe this guy just isn't meant to be a starter. |

It seemed like he was grabbing all the big rebounds and 50/50 balls. Great hustle. |
Yeah, felt like he won EVERY 50/50 ball...straight hustle. _________________ KOBE |

I think this is the game plan.
Bring him off the bench.
If he's rolling, he gets minutes. He just seems more comfy/less pressure? |

When hart plays like this he is the ultimate role player every team hopes to have. Hopefully he shows it more consistently, I could care less if he goes through rough patches with the 3 when the hustle is anywhere close to like it was tonight.. Such a beast when he's all over the place! |

The plays Hart made chasing down loose balls and long rebounds were pure hustle and the kinds of plays that make the difference between winning and losing.
He was fantastic tonight, he was all out to get some of those crucial possessions for the mighty Lakers. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

Hart is a maniac out there. It seemed like if there was a 50/50 ball he was going to get it. Then he was making defensive plays out of nowhere. Even knocked down some 3's.
I love it. |

Props to Josh. The offensive points will get the attention but what impressed me the most was the defense and rebounds/loose balls. Some of those 50/50 balls won’t count towards stats but I’m glad those defensive entangibles are on our side of the floor. He’s like a damn pit bull. |

BEAST MODE EFFORT AND HUSTLE. He saved a ton of possessions for us with his crazy hustle to knock rebounds away from the Thunder and secure losses balls. Major, major props. |

Difference between him and BI tbh.
Hart doesn't have the length but has the motor. BI is the opposite. |

This is the Josh Hart of last year that was so exciting fighting for every loose ball and rebound. |

Josh was a f'ing pit bull last night. Group effort no doubt, but Josh got to EVERY rebound and loose ball (many which he had no right to get). |

Alright.
Hurt back. Hopefully that explains the crappy shooting the last week+. |

Yeah I was wondering what happened to him, that could explain it. Part of the cost of playing hurt. Judging from last night's results I'm hopeful he's recovering. |

Good to see these young players having their “1 out of 4” good games on the same night. Let’s hope they get more consistent. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

As I said, Hart has a lot of Nance in his game. People are often puzzled by how highly Nance rates in the +/- stats. Like Nance, Hart makes a lot of the near-invisible plays that impact a game. Hart has a DRPM of +1.54, which is second in the league among SGs to Danny Green. As a group, we may be underrating Hart as a defensive player.. |
I still think his perimeter defense is weak. And not a fan of his fouls and whining. But as a team defender and interior defender on switches he's legit. |

Decision making isn't his best attribute, why wasn't Ingram the one inbounding? |

Gotta agree.
Although BI did get wide open.
And of course Hart missed him. |
