Oh please, the Clippers again. They have the better
team still. We have rookies and pieces; no comparison. _________________ Lakers need to build a freaking team !
If you look at the rosters the Clippers have an older and
more experienced team.
The Lakers have a lot of rookies and young players.
The Clippers have been in their prime and in a possibly down time.
Without Pau and Reddick they have lost their window.
The Clippers at the beginning of the season would probably win hopefully a close game.
But as the season goes on the Lakers will get better.
So at the end of the season be even or even slightly better.
A 51-win Clipper Team lost Chris Paul, but added a lot of little pieces.
A 26-win Laker team lost their #1, #2 & #4 scorers from last season (Russel, Young & Williams), but added a bunch of rookies, upgraded at Center.
I can't for the life of me see how that equates to the Lakers overtaking the Clippers.
Even if they win even 10 more games and the Clip's lose 10 more games, that still keeps the Clips with 5 more wins, but Lakers have a lot of scoring questions that need to be answered.
This is as of 7-4-2017 and if the Lakers can bring in George Hill & Rudy Gay then the Lakers might have a more realistic chance...! _________________ “Always remember... Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.”

Depends on if the Lakers can add a contributing guard.
Then the all important buy-in and chemistry. If the Lakers are able to play some defense I would not be shocked to see them meet somewhere in the middle. Not expecting it but the gap has closed.
Clippers easily. As of now, we're going to be hard pressed to win 30 games. We'll have to wait and see what both teams final rosters are though.
Also, those depth charts need to be cleaned up a bit. Rivers at sf? Lopez off the bench? Not sure Clarkson is playing pg either, or that Ball will come off the bench. _________________ "It's just a job. Grass grows, birds fly, waves pound the sand. I beat people up."-The Greatest
They are still better. Anybody know how much cap space they will have next year? _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold.

Losing Chris Paul is huge for them. He made that team run. He was a great floor general. A guy like that is irreplaceable. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold.

I have no idea but I am watching a rerun of the Starters from last Friday and dude on the show referred to the Clippers as the second best team in LA. That made me happy lol _________________ #IStillBelieveTaurean
Depending on if we get Hill or not, and how good Lonzo actually is, the gap is not as huge as it was but the answer is still the Clippers.
If we added Hill and had a bench as potent as last year, I'd maybe lean towards Lakers but our bench as of today is horrible and our starting 5 is relying on Brook/Hill to carry us, and then Lonzo and BI to be studs. That's if we get Hill who seems to be waiting on Denver.

I'm not sure which is worse, "thinking" the Lakers will win more games than the Clippers next season (based on how the roster is constructed - right now)
OR Arguing that you are correct in thinking they will
