91-237 record since the 13/14 season.

the clippers don't have a 4 year stretch that bad after 99/00.

think about that.

And we have 5 chips since 99 and they have none so...you want to switch with them?

So you would take clippers history over Lakers history?

Do you want to live in the past?

No. But do you want to ignore the past?
Especially for those of us old enough to have lived it and experienced the 80s and 90s and 2000s, I would not trade the Lakers past and present with the Clippers past and present. Would you?

Yes, the past has nothing to do with the future. At least it shouldn’t, but all this talk about Showtime and the next Magic and Worthy has me worried.

So you would give up the experience of living through the championships to have the Clippers future?

I don’t deal in stupid hypotheticals. You do know that living in the past means you have no hope for the present and future? What the organization did 3 decades ago shouldn’t be a factor today but our leadership doesn’t realize that.

I thought I had already answered that I dont want to "live in the past." And since my next question was about not "ignoring the past", maybe u're answering someone else.

Deng’s playing with starters is telling, but doesn’t guarantee that’s where he’ll be on Thursday. Coaches use multiple looks in practice.

I would seriously choke Luke if he is considering starting Deng, I can think of 5 other players on this roster who deserve to start at PF ahead of Deng.

Lonzo Ball is on the floor for the Lakers in scrimmage. Playing with Lopez, Ingram, Nance and... Luol Deng.

This is the worst lineup I can think of, I can identify 2 scrubs immediately.

If no KCP - probably see Ingram start 1st night at SG w/Deng at 3 - keep rotation static otherwise - KCP back G2 twitter.com/ARube94/status…

First two games of the season are Ls, a SG that cant shoot and a SF that is more than likely occupying his last NBA contract.

If he for real starts Deng over Kuzma, I honestly am over him. Stevens is out here starting Brown and Tatum with major rotation minutes on a top team in the league meanwhile Kuzma fights for a role among JC and Randle calling their own numbers on a bottom 5 team in the league. Can't begin to explain why Byron is still coaching the Lakers

Brad Stevens has no issue starting a rookie gunner... the Lakers have no excuse not to do the same

Luke is not afraid to come up with one.

Luke doesn't have a Brad Stevans brains or smarts to start Kuzma.

I'm getting angry over currently nothing though. Hopefully Kuzma starts at least while KCP/Randle's out

You do know they put up similar numbers last year right?

See the thing is

https://www.basketball-reference.com/play-index/pcm_finder.fcgi?request=1&sum=1&player_id1_hint=Jaylen+Brown&player_id1_select=Jaylen+Brown&player_id1=brownja02&y1=2017&player_id2_hint=brandon+ingram&player_id2_select=Brandon+Ingram&y2=2017&player_id2=ingrabr01&idx=players

Jaylen Brown played 11 less mpg than Brandon Ingram with what I'd say significantly better shooting percentages. Jaylen was more productive per 36. Not saying Jaylen Brown is a god amongst men or anything, but I'd definitely take his rookie season over Ingram's.

I think about them like similar caliber prospects, but I'd say Brown has shown more off the bat and is less of a project, he will likely show out earlier than Ingram will in his career. Brown is really athletic and strong already too
