I think we need to keep Caruso long term. Lock him up before he gets double digit money. If he starts hitting jump shots consistently he'll definitely be worth north of $12 - $15 mil.

I would have gone crazy if he hit that three. But his defense continues to be amazing and he does so much for us in the floor that doesn’t show up in the box score.

I have to ask myself: would I give up the awesome AD moment for AC to have hit that three? Tough one...

Caruso is developing in great fashion. We have him for next year but Pelinka need to work for that contract to be extended. We need exactly guys like Alex in this team.

I love the way Caruso can easily strip a ball without fouling. And his timing in stripping the ball is amazing. It's like he start to move when the player start to look the other way.

Caruso will be on one of the all nba defensive teams next season. Book it.

Per AD, the team calls him the GOAT.

Pretty appropriate nickname.

Watch Caruso hit a shot not dissimilar to that last three he took very soon

The folklore of the GOAT is real

I was thinking John Paxson until that three clanked. 😝

Amazing game none the less.

I'm just glad he's not hesitating anymore.
Shooting with more confidence.
Still clanking though haha
Only 26.3% from 3 in the playoffs

Hope Caruso is a better GM than Pax. We’ll need him to build a championship team around THT’s second jersey number!

Defensive instincts like Alex's are very rare. In Laker history for the past 40 years, how many had his level of defensive instincts on the perimeter?
1. Michael Cooper
2. Eddie Jones
3. Ron Artest
4. Sedale Threatt
5. Kobe Bryant

I think thats it

Honestly, how the commentator's sometimes still treat his big plays like there shocked is getting a bit old at this point too. It was kind of funny late last season and even early this season but at this point he's clearly a solid player and much more then an occasional meme.

It is Webber though, idk how he got picked to do a heavyweight broadcasting job like the WCF at all.

He's not a consistent shooter which is far and away his biggest down fall as a player but the confidence and potential is clearly still there so hopefully it happens soon because he's such a complete player outside of that.

Webber is just an idiot like Chuck. Clueless guys who are there to entertain the crowd. Basketball wise they are clowns.

I'm glad Caruso was willing to take that shot.

In hindsight, AD's make off the rebound/inbound came with the clock reaching zero, no time for Denver to answer. Last night it felt like, in those closing minutes, even a bullet pass bounce off Joker's head at .01 would have gone in. Kudos to Green for getting that rebound. That clutch offensive board was just huge.

Still, Caruso is willing to take the clutch shot. It's a matter of time before his 3's start falling.

I've seen that meme way too many times but I still love it

It's honestly amazing how underrated he is league-wide. He's still considered a 'meme' player, he's way more than that this season
