Um... anyone else want to acknowledge how athletic Caruso may actually be...

Got the feeling if his hair didn't make him look older than he actually is(23) we'd be talking about this a bit more

I'd shave off whatever he has left up there - might be an improvement

Might be?

Oh yeah, you have to go Picard with a dome like that. Just keep the remaining hair close and tight.

I say keep the hair and grow a thicker tom Selleck mustache.
The opponent will think he can't play. Advantage Alex.

Hey, btw, why do you call him the pope?
When we already have a pope on the team?

Idk, someone came up with it and it just stuck early on. Maybe a Hapsburg reference?

Regardless, it's a pretty cool nickname and I hope he sticks around the Lakers like an athletic Steve Black. Imagine a buddy cop drama with him and Hart:

IDK the reason, but people were calling him Pope during the Summer League, before KCP was signed.

Great to see more of his game showing up. He would help the Lakers so much if he could become a competent backup given his style of play.

Give this man a fully guaranteed contract and cut Ennis. Backup PG problem solved.

The more Caruso plays the better he'll be. He's the right back up for this team. All the teams in the league are jealous of our scouting department. Even Philly fans acknowledge it, and they booed Santa Claus.

Caruso is turning into a solid, dependable backup point guard.
