DFish is underrated. Yeah I said it lol. Dude turned himself from a mediocre line-drive 3 pt shooter (kinda like how Caruso is now) to a guy who was at 38-40% from 3 for over a decade of his career. And he elevated his game in the playoffs multiple times. He shot the 3 even better in the postseason, was a locker room leader, and made big plays when the stakes were at their highest. Playoff Rondo is a real thing, but so was Playoff Fish.

Is Caruso better than John Stockton, Jerry West? And to ease your mind... yes, I picked white guards on purpose. Regardless, they are all GOATs in my book. _________________ “You have to dance beautifully in the box that you are comfortable dancing in.” - Kobe Bryant |

Now that we have seen pics of Caruso guarding Morris is it safe to say he’s our Tony Allen |

I just saw a clip of him shooting a jump shot at a workout. I was encouraged to see that he appeared to have more of a "textbook" release than when we last saw him. If he does that consistently, I'm confident he'll be a much more consistent shooter than we've seen so far. |

Caruso would be very good off guard playing alongside a superstar PG. |

Caruso's out tomorrow. Seems like that hip flexor is bothering him a little. Hopefully only minor |

Well its a good time if he is out, since it helps give more minutes to THT. _________________ LAKERS 2019-2020: NBA World Champions! |

Not mad at this, Stockton and hornacek didn’t look like ballers cause they skinny white guards but comp Herro/Duncan now, they were levels better |

Dude. Are you aware that Hornacek was the centerpiece of a trade for Charley Barkley at his near-prime? That's some intellectual dishonesty. The Kawme Brown EXPIRING CONTRACT was the centerpiece of that trade. _________________ I believe that a triangle, if it could speak, would say that God is eminently triangular, and a circle that the divine nature is eminently circular; and thus would every one ascribe his own attributes to God. - Baruch Spinoza |

Heavy’s headline makes it sound worse than it probably is. I posted in the IL thread Vogel expects he’ll be back Tuesday against PHX. |

Looking forward to an injury update. If Schröder rests his ankle for the final preseason game, it'd be nice to have AC and KCP back. _________________ https://youtube.com/watch?v=t3jKtjgRZQY |

Caruso plays well with Lebron. That’s already proven and took awhile for that chemistry to develop.
THT need the green light to operate his game and be on attack mode. He will that opportunity at some point but I think Vogel need to give him 10 minutes at least every game. |

Honestly Caruso SHOULD be the starter. He meshes amazingly with Lebron and helps anchor the perimeter defense. His lack of playmaking is irrelevant with the 1st unit.
For politics I doubt Vogel goes that way as he knows Caruso will play good solider, but best believe if it was lose or go home time he would be putting Caruso out there. |

Just what I was thinking. Horny and Tim Perry for Chuck was a laffable haul and we (Lakers) lost out to that because Philly realized they'd rather deal him to PHX than LAL at the last minute. I'm sure it wasn't because they didn't want the Lakers to succeed w/ him. 100 on that... _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL
