Yes this is a 35-38 win team as is. If we add Rondo we become a .500 team. I love this FO and we're in the right path instead of being stuck in the 20 win category under the old regime.

It's definitely an improvement but I still don't see how we can be considered a legitimate bottom-seeded playoff team.

35+ barring injuries. Lonzo will get the best out of everyone. Hope his body holds up 82 games. It's hard for rookies first time around physically. Rondo might be a good signing.

We're at 31.5 wins for an Over/Under bet in Vegas right now. The Clippers are only at 40.5, interestingly. I thought that would've been a little bit higher. The 76ers are at 40 and the T'Wolves are at 47.5.

I'm happy to see some new faces because last year made me want to blow up staples. I get the feeling even if we win 40 the complainers would still complain. I'm not mad at you guys though. We all have our favorites. That is the nature of fandom. Just be true to the game lol.

Legitimacy is earned or won, rather than being something simply inked by contracts.

Adding Lonzo Ball feels like a step in the right direction. I like this year's roster more than last year's version. The potential for player harmony and playing chemistry that Ball represents for the Laker future (as opposed to what I saw from D'Angelo Russell) is improved. The road back to winning a playoff series, let alone making deep playoff runs, seems still quite a long one ahead. One step at a time.

Chemistry is the xfactor. Team success maybe greater or less than the talent on paper depending on chemistry. I think with Lonzo running the show and establishing an identity that everyone buys into like the first 20 games last year. This team will surprise a lot of people.

People are understating the impact that Brook will have this season. Maybe it's because of the false hope people had on Mozgov (who I was never a fan of) but Lopez is going to give us 20/6/2/2 which is nothing to dismiss.
