So far I'm not impressed with Frye. Yes he has a nice shot from outside but his rebounding and shot blocking are average at best. LO is a better rebounder, ball handler, and passer. If you agree he may just be a 12/7 guy, then why would you consider trading a legit 15-10-5 guy for him? Again, Hardaway's expiring contract only help Dr. Buss's bottom line, it adds nothing to the team. _________________ Ringo "You retired too?"

The Knicks' youngsters are no longer untouchable. A trade could still be possible.
Lakers trade:
Lamar Odom
Devean George
Luke Walton
Knicks trade
Anfernee Hardaway
Nate Robinson
Trevor Ariza |

Would we still be over the cap next summer if we get Penny's off the book? if we aren't, I'd go for Al Harrington even tho he's hurt. If not wait till 07 when we'll have MAJOR CASH and we'll still have a frontline of Bynum, Frye, and Kobe to sign anyone else ...Ron Artest? Vince Carter? Dwayne Wade? Carmelo Anthony? lol. |

Penny does absolutely nothing for us in terms of cap flexibility this summer. That is reason No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 why this Penny for Odom thing is total B.S. |

Don't bother wasting your time, DB. You know certain people will be in here, first thing tomorrow screaming about how Odom has been offered up for Frye, because their "source" told them weeks ago.

2007 or 2008 you replace Odom with a stud FA with Bynum, Parker, Turiaf, Brown, Bryant. _________________ Resident Car Nut.

This is the Knicks trying to hype up Frye and possibly pull a deal with KG.
Won't happen.
If KG gets dealt - I am 100% sure it wouldn't be to NY. |
