Yes, I would definitely have to see 55 Laker wins in 2017-18 to believe it. |

40+
Lopez, Zubac
Randle, Nance
Ingram, Kuzma
KCP, Hart
Ball, Clarkson
For the starters, Lopez is an all star level talent at his prime. He is also a very reliable defender. KCP is 3rd to 4th best player for most playoff teams. He is a very good perimeter defender and is entering his prime. Randle is also a 3rd to 4th best player for a playoff team. He is expecting a breakout season after 3 years in the league. Ingram, although still young, has superstar potential. After 1 year in the league, he could be a reliable contributor now. Ball is also a superstar talent. In terms of setting offense, he should be already better than many starting PGs. This lineup looks legit, if not great yet, especially when the season progresses.
Off the bench, Nance and Clarkson could ready to contribute. Kuzma and Hart, although in their rookie season, are very mature and could contribute soon. |

Depth Chart by Position IMO would be:
C - 1)Lopez 2)Randle 3)Zubac 4)Bryant
PF - 1)Randle 2)Nance 3)Kuzma 4)Deng
SF- 1)Ingram 2)Brewer 3)Kuzma 4)Deng
SG - 1)KCP 2)JC 3)Brewer 4)Hart
PG - 1)Ball 2)JC 3)FA
Expectations re: wins and losses have to be tempered with a new team. The talent these guys face in the regular season is GO MUCH GREATER THAN spl talent. (Duh! statement of the year!) If I were to guess I'd say we go about 38 wins?
Our success in SPL was largely tied to our ability to shoot the frickin lights out from behind the arc. My fear is that our regular season team won't be as 'automatic' as our SPL team. I am hopeful that Lopez, Randle, Ingram and KCP can stretch the floor somehow someway. Brewer/Nance will be under some pressure because Kuzma can play. Matt Thomas can as well but is looking for a 2way best case scenario.
We know Ball is going to get guys their shots - just up to the rest of the team to make'em. |

I think with KCP around 38. I think injuries will be the most important factor. |

I'll go with 32 to match magics number.
I think we will be a much better team despite just the 6 win improvement. |

30+ wins, if they fall below that because defense sucks once again. Fire Luke, and get a real coach that teaches defensive fundamentals |

I totally agree. Fire him and get the other Warriors assistant, Mike Brown. At least he was able to make sure that they won this year. And his team played defense.
Just kidding! |

I think there's a pretty good chance we'll get between 0 to 82 wins this season. |

50 wins and a 4 seed with either the Spurs or OKC falling out.
PG: Lonzo plays like a star
SG: KCP play is elevated, defensive stopper, great at hitting open 3
SF: Ingram: Breakout exceeds expectations and becomes a star
PF: Randle: Turns into a beast. Defensive star, Lebron Lite
C: Lopez: What a great shooter what a steal
Bench:
Clarkson: Instant offense and where did he learn defense
Kuzma: Rookie surprise, great 3 pt shooter & playmaker
Nance: Defense and 3 point shooting
Zubac: Summer league must have been a wake up call
Brewer: Having trouble getting minutes
Hart: G League with BI playing some 2
Deng: That is one expensive cheerleader
Bryant: Keeping Zubac on his toes G League star
It is amazing to watch when the kid grow up. Lonzo is from another planet he is so good and BI is the man. Randle makes all his non believers and haters eat the hat. KCP we are all saying wow I didn't know he was that good. Lopez so this is what the modern day center looks like.
We are going to be fun to watch and we are going to be darn good.
BI slides to the 2 when Kuzma comes in. |

I keep seeing people trying to calculate immeasurables such as infusing a team with
a pass first mentality, while seeing, attempting, and completing passes that nobody else
does. I can't calculate it either but I know it's invaluable. Low 52, high 58.
Team features:
A capable, deep rotation of quality players.
Offense will be off the charts fast paced and efficient. At least 6 guys averaging double figures. Every teammate on the court with him will score
more than they would have if Lonzo wasn't on the team. Once they figure things out, there will be no shutting them down.
Defensive pieces: KCP, Nance, Kuzma, Randle, Ingram, and Hart will excel at various combinations of providing energy, steals, and
rotating effectively; backed up by a pretty good shot blocker.
Sounds like closer to 58 if relativey healthy.

Ima guess 37-44 wins. Not knowing the schedule difficulty.
But if we stay healthy, playoffs are a VERY REAL possibility for this team. |

I think you are being too narrow minded. I see between 25 and 55 _________________ “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” ― Elie Wiesel |
