For the dollar amount wade but all things being equal I'd take Clarkson _________________ Coach Vogel, Kidd, Hollins

Mexico is going to pay for our wall.
L.A. is a good spot for Wade.
Now that he's free, there's no talk of him coming. We're so gullible.

But wait...on page 1 we were top 3. Did he use us as a negotiation ploy...again...like he did last time he was free to sign....when there was a thread saying maybe he would sign here?
I thought we were appealing, like his ex wife, before Gabrielle came along.

Yeah, it doesn't make any sense for Wade to come here with KCP starting. Maybe if JC was traded it would, but I fail to see how we are more attractive as a 1 year destination than the Cavs/other contender. Now, his next deal, that's a different story. May we not be the team that overpays him. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

With a buy out, Cavs seem like an obvious choice if IT is healthy and I know that's a big if, they'd be pretty solid, particularly in the East.
The only way I saw Wade coming here is if the Bulls traded him to the Lakers rather than buying him out.
With KCP no real need for Wade on our team this year |

Not even close for me. Clarkson.
Wade is a declining delusional star that struggles to hit 30% from 3pt range in a good year. Also just showed how disruptive he can be in the locker room by throwing the young players under the bus instead of owning his personal decline.
Clarkson has his faults but has continued to work hard and improve every year. IMO he has the potential to be a Sixth Man of the Year candidate. His biggest struggle this year may be overcoming all the chatter of how he needs to be traded to create salary for next year. Hope he plays lights out and proves his worth as a "F" you to all that continue to want to trade him for future fantasy roster moves. That includes the FO.
Wade is not a player I want screwing up what is looking like a really solid Laker locker room and developing chemistry. Especially if the main reason to sign him is name recognition over wins. |

There is 0 need for wade. KCP fits better with the starters and we need to play Clarkson to raise his value. |

I wish wade would take a super bench role.
I'd actually play him as point guard. Pick and rolls and post ups. |

I am with you on this. He could easily win 6th man of the year if healthy.
If he thinks logically, he will know that no matter where he goes, Golden State is still the heavy favorite. At that point, are he and his wife happier in LA or Miami.
Being that Wade is a true competitor, however, he may see his best fit to try and thwart the Warriors is as the starting SG in OKC. I think he will gonfor that challenge and will likely end up there or Cleveland. |

I agree, 25 year old JC > 35 year old Wade |
