The quotes from the interviews are always fun and interesting. It's good to get insight into the thinking of the players, coach, and FO going into the year. But the team also starts training camp afterwards tomorrow, so we'll be able to get reports on what they worked on, how certain players looked, etc.

I agree - to me Media Day marks the end of the long wait. Interviews and also player observations from people in the media are usually interesting, seeing what kind of shape players show up in, this time around perhaps seeing if BI really has grown, or if Brook Lopez is convincing that his back's fine, is Luol Deng ready to play a supporting role, any Nance interview is worth a look, that kind of thing. It also means Training Camp reports start up the next day, and competition is one day closer.
We also get to see if we can spot any LG'ers in the background of the bazillion pictures from the event, now including GT as well as Emplay, Larry Coon and am I missing anyone else? |

| Does Deng show up today? Does anyone know if he has been practicing in the new practice facility with all the other guys? If he's not, I hope he's gone. I think the guys that are all working out together are trying to build something. Even Lopez, a vet, has been there a lot. Deng has been MIA... |

He hasn't been MIA. He actually looks to be slimmer than last year and has indeed been working out in the new facility.

He hasn't been MIA. He actually looks to be slimmer than last year and has indeed been working out in the new facility. |
All of the guys have been working hard this off-season. We should see an improved version of the entire team this season. Let the excitement begin!! |

So you ask if Deng has been there and without a response determine that he hasn’t been?
