I think at least 50% of serious Laker fans would agree or lean toward your opinion. Would not be surprised if more casual fans (watch a game here and there...own a couple tshirts) prefer Lebron?

Problem with LeBron, his stats are as good as ever but his defense has really dropped off. That's not getting better. Plus I don't think he's coming by himself.

I think we should be shooting for contention in 2-3 years. LeBron is more for now.

I suppose I'm pretty "casual" by most standards, but I'd take PG all day. Think that's because I was on holiday in Amsterdam during the 2013 conference finals and part of me has looked at him through the same haze ever since...

I don't see how PG leaves OKC unless he really loves LA. He is basically our missing piece.

Because OKC won't pay him anywhere near a max contract?

They will

Did Felton get bigger since the Lakers game he other day?

Just noticed that Love hasn’t played much at all in this game, the Thunder have been the victim of playing teams without one of there best players... it seems like every time they play a team ..that team is short-handed is that the product of being fortunate?

Yeah I didn't want to use the F word. I'm sure it would have been fine but didn't want to test the Mods over Felton lol.

reports are there may be Kemba discussion with the Knicks....if I was Knicks, I might offer Courtney Lee, Ntilikina, and 1 or 2 1st Round draft swap options to get Kemba. (Knicks should be better with Kemba, so swaps probably are worthless)

It also says that Knicks are unlikely to trade for him cause they would need to take on a contract.

Cavs have been awful off late. OKC themselves were in a slump before they started playing bad teams(Lakers, Kings). Even lost to Suns and Hornets before that. Let's see how good they are once they start playing in form teams.

There lack of depth will eventually catch up to them at some point and at that point I expect them to start losing games more regularly.

I want LeBron to suffer in Cleveland because I don't want that drama queen here.

Let's win 25 games instead

I can't see Lebron considering us without Cousins in place already. I know he ants to play with him.

Knicks ain't smart enough to do that deal. They're dreaming of big fish in a little pond.

OKC spent the majority of the season as the 2nd best defense in the NBA and are one of the best defensive teams still in the NBA.

Like I said months ago, once they figure out their offense they will be a problem.

Same situation with the Miami Heat. They were a solid defensive team and just couldn't figure out the offense, once they figured it out, it was off to the races.

This Cavs loss is even more embarrassing than our recent game against OKC.

Knicks management are stupid. You have a legit 20ppg player and can get a shooter (Marvin Williams) and a Allstar PG to make that team a legit top 5 in the east and you won't do it.

We've been legit on defense as well but can't get this scoring thing free throws fixed

I read that Charlotte wants the Knicks to take on Batums contract.

Cavs are in deep trouble this year. Thomas is a big time liability on defense and his offense has been sub-par.

Been saying it since the beginning of the season, they are old and stale. They also look disinterested now because they know they struggle to keep up.

No one fears this iteration of the Cavs.

I would say the Cavs are closer to being trash than OKC being an elite team.

And we were all clamoring to get Batum! He didn't even want to be interview for the Lakers.
