That necessarily doesn’t mean he’s for sure gonna stay, Bulls probably won’t ever have as good of a player as Jordan and he didn’t buy the Bulls, the same goes for Kobe and other top tier players, just because he knows Ohio doesn’t mean he’s gonna be associated with the Cavs, in fact I would guess he rather do his business in LA then a dumpster fire place like Cleveland.

He has said he wants to own the Cavs if Gilbert will sell, so he strongly disagrees with you.

He’s gotta stay to his Cavs terms while he’s still contract with them, not saying he won’t buy it cause he probably will if he had the chance but he can always change his mind if another opportunity arises.

- Max Boogie and PG.
- Keep Clarkson
- We'd have like 4-6m left in cap space plus the exception which is like 3-5m i think?

Sign Bellinelli and bring Nick Young back.

BALL / CLARKSON

GEORGE / YOUNG / HART

INGRAM / BELLINELLI

KUZMA / NANCE

BOOGIE / BOGUT / BRYANT

Trades involving Randle, Lopez and KCP would need to be done by the trade deadline in February because they lack contracts for next season.

The salaries of Deng, Lopez, Randle and KCP total over $61 million and it will be very very difficult to send out that much salary and get only expiring contracts in return.

Yep deadline deals.

I meant all separately.

I think Randle is involved in a Deng deal probably.

Not sure any team has a contract that can match Brook or KCP separately (especially with Bucks trading Monroe) so might be tough to trade.

I mean I don't know if I'm ready to welcome Cousins yet he has to show maturity if we want to sign him.

Yeah I see where you're coming from. Hopefully it clicks for him here if we signed him. After seeing Embiid last night. I'm enamored with having a skilled big that demands a double team

Embiid would school his fat ass worse than he has against big guys that are actually good on defense.

Yeah but Embiid would have to guard him as well.

Cousins is an elite defender so I very much doubt Embiid would school him.

And clone him. The original can be the shooting coach, the 2 clones can be the shooters needed on the floor.

If Lopez takes five million for one year, it’s just sooooo much more cost effective to ONLY sign George and James this summer, not Cousins.

Add to that the very small possibility that Randle could be back for a similar amount, and it becomes clear, if those dominoes fall, that it’s best to pass on Cousins this summer and wait for Anthony Davis in two years.

Klay is probably the closest thing to Ray offensively, but Klay is a better defender too.

Not sure what exactly you mean by “like him”, b tIf you mean an thletic deadeye shooter, Malik Monk fits the bill.

I wanted Josh Jackson with the Laker pick before the Russell trade, but after the trade, I was desperately hoping that the Lakers would’ve pulled Sac’s card and drafted their guy Fox at two only to hold him ransom while Sac drafted Ball and Monk for the Lakers with their number five and nine picks.

Ball and Monk are a match made in heaven, IMO. I always thought Phil’s was dumb as hell for giving up the Lakers first round pick to BOS for Fultz when they could’ve drafted a much better fit inMonk to play with Embiid and Simmons.

Which version of Ray Allen? Younger one could attack off the dribble; older one was a deadly standstill/screen shooter.

combo of both? basically we are talking about Klay.

if no lebron/PG this summer, i won't give randle an extension and go all out in 2019. Play, Bulter, Irving all there as FAs

I also spit my coffee out. Boogie is amazing on offense, but by no means is he an "elite defender."

I know Boogie gets a bad rap on D, but his TPA numbers are awesome, amazingly on defense.

And I know TPA gets a bad rap, but their team defense is pretty good with Boogie in the lineup. Better than AD's.
