Definitely ring chasing.

Probably doesn't want to play his last season in a dysfunctional locker room either, let alone be cold in Minnesota. Come back to LA for the minimum, Jamal...

Well. I guess you can always replace and expensive JC with a cheaper JC.

wouldn't mind having the king of 4 point plays

Lou Williams?

Think Crawford has him beat in that department lol. Think he got like 40+ 4 point plays in his career.

Yes, the sun will still rise, my wife and kids will still love me and I will continue to watch every Laker game and cheer them on.

Not sure if Crawford has it anymore or if he can even play within our system. It's sad to say, but I'd rather have Swaggy back who knows our system and the Warriors system and can play a little defense. Plus he's a champion now. 😁

No, would rather let kids develop. He doesn't add much.

Agreed. He's not the same player.

He still has a bit left in the tank offensively, but he may very well be the worst backcourt defender in the NBA. He’s not huertas level, but he’s not that far from it. Hard pass x 2, we’ve seen the Lou/Swaggy show before...why would I want to see a super old version of it. That style is losing basketball.

Not OK, b/c you know that they'll punt again and if we can't get PG13 of all players, unlikely we get 2 max FAs in 2019. So what are we doing here?

Agree. At worse they have to come away with PG13. I would be ok with that.

Yup. Would essentially mean that despite having a guy who basically told the Pacers he was joining the Lakers in 2018, that Maginka closed as well as Jim/Mitch.

That is unacceptable.

(and I think we have a great chance at LBJ/PG13 for the record).

Meh. Take the Farieds, Gortats & Baylesses of the world for more picks. Keep playing the kids. Re-sign Randle. Not the end of world. Lemons into lemonade, that sort of thing.

As long as no Luol Deng deals are dished out, then I'm cool.
