They could retool pretty easily. |
They would be DONE if they lost KD and Klay. They would be VERY limited in their retool. |

When Colin said that on the Herd about Simmons coming...
Does Simmons not want to qualify for the super max? |
He'd have to first take the QO offer which would be a huge gamble.
Then take a lower deal (and yes forfeit the super max). _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

I mean its possible after his first rookie extension and also after Lebron's deal is done. When that ends I'm not sure. Also he will have to reject a supermax offer. I'm hoping Klutch sports can steer him here. |

Yes it was expected.
It's $70M less than what he can make next year as a FA. |

Is that less than what the Wolves could have offered this year? If so, the wolves messed up big time. Trying to low ball your star player who you gave up valuable assets for and may be the only star FA in decades |

They make roughly the same amount for the next two years. Both probably would benefit from a change in scenery. Noah at least gives us some extra size. IF, and that is a big if, they are both going to be able to provide less than 10 mpg next year, wouldn't you rather have a C than a F?
Seems like a low cost and medium reward type of move. |
I dont think you saw Noah play last year.
That's cuz not many people did. He only played 7 games
He's 33 this year and here's his games played:
2017-18: 7
2016-17: 46
2015-16: 29
2014-15: 67
And he makes more than Deng. |
That's 7x as many games as Deng played last year! haha
It's true that he makes more but the difference is rather trivial. We would be trading for him because he is the size of position for which there is a need, whereas Deng is not. |

I've always been of the mindset that Jimmy Butler is better than Paul George.
Perhaps he'll be target in 2019. Cheaper than a max. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

I'm guessing Zu is gonna get some solid time here. He's had some time to develop. He is getting older and stronger. Let's see what he can do. _________________ "We got a new universe coming and he's going to control all our universes. We're going to put our universes together" - Metta World Peace |

I think he is better despite PG's greater physical gifts. Stronger, but also more heart and maybe higher iq. I'm worried about Butler's mileage and age but he will no doubt get a max offer. |

He's getting the full max. He just turned down a 4 year $110m extension. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Heart wise yes talent wise no. He believes he’s the best PG doesn’t. _________________ Coach Vogel, Kidd, Hollins

Restricted free agent forward Jabari Parker and the Chicago Bulls are progressing on a deal, league sources tell ESPN. Discussions over a number to topics still ongoing. |

So Chicago and Jabari seems like it's happening per woj. What will you do, Milwaukee? |

Think Milwaukee can only match a deal up to around $15M a year and the Bulls have the ability to give him more than that and make it impossible for Milwaukee to act. |

He is better than George. He's a half notch below Kawhi though. |

This is from July 1st before Lopez was signed. Even though they didn't use cap room to sign him but the bi-annual exception, since they're hard-capped I think this reduces the amount they can match him at down to around $12.8M(IIRC BAE is around $3.2M).

Bucks now up to 13 guaranteed, at $111M with Brandon Jennings. That’s $13M under $123.7M tax line. Clearing Teletovic’s $3.5M after 11/7 would drop it $16M under. With Bucks hard-capped at $129.8M apron (Ilyasova contract), highest they can match/pay Jabari Parker is about $16M. |

Chicago is sitting right at $17.4M in room if Noah Vonleh and David Nwaba are renounced. Cap space can increase to $20.6M if Paul Zipser and Julyan Stone are waived. |
