He's the one guy I think that would have fit well with Lonzo. _________________

Pelicans and Denver in OT also...Jrue Holiday having another big game. Also, Denver has been ridiculed for trading the pick to Utah that became Donovan Mitchell....as they should, but Trey Lyles (included in trade) has had a very impressive couple of weeks....shooting 48% from 3 on the season. |

Barton and Faried will both bolt this summer...but they both have said they want to start....not sure where they will get the money they want and a starting position. |

I need to compare barton and tyreke more closely but it does seem like tyreke is a better ball handler is that right?
probably could sign him for cheaper than barton too _________________ one dog goes that way the other dog goes the other way |

Whenever I've seen Lyles play, he seems to shoot like 60%. He has a smoothness to his game that reminds me of Kuzma a bit, though I think Kyle has more variety with how he can score. But yeah, I'm a fan of Lyles.
Also a fan of Barton, definitely. |

Lyles has been playing well recently, and considering Faried basically asked for a trade in the offseason, he probably didn’t endear himself to the coaching staff much. |

They’re both in that weird gray area where they’re too good for tanking teams to want them and not good enough for good teams to give them starting roles. |

I see a lot of lineup projections having PG and Ingram at the 2 and 3 positions.
If we do sign George, I think we would be a more balanced team with one of them at the 4, and a 3&D role player at the 2. Could be Hart if he develops well throughout this season.
I do think Ingram isn't far at all from being able to play the 4 and from being very effective doing so. |

Unfortunately we might not be able to afford one depending how free agenecy shakes out. I mean we have to let Clarkson, Randle, and Deng all gone and sign Cousins, Geoege, and the 3&D guy at SG or Hart takes over and keep either Randle or Clarkson or neither. |

Yes, that was a scenario in which we don't sign Cousins. But if we do, I would still try to play with a George-Ingram-Cousins frontcourt rather than starting another interior player. |

Then who's at SG? |

EDIT: Now we're going to triple OT. Players are exhausted. The officiating crew has been a remarkable joke as well.
DOUBLE EDIT: OKC wins. Three in a row on the road, a couple in tough fashion. They really do have an ugly offense but their D is especially good. And though Embiid was great, Adams bothered him, and is really a great defensive anchor for them. |
That was a great game. I can't believe WB still had the legs in 3OT to push the ball at full speed and throw down that monster dunk on Saric. Embiid was a monster. _________________ "Suck it up. Don't be a baby. Do your job." - Kobe Bryant |

Great game but was weird watching WB dominate the ball from the end of 4th to the end of 3rd OT... PG13 and Melo were just spectators (Melo was hot too!) |
