We still need to cut the roster down to 15, who’s likely going to get waived next, Caruso?

Caruso can stay on the roster beyond 15 players since he is signed as a two way player.

I didn’t know that’s how his contract works, thanks for the info. So does that mean our roster is set?

It could be. With Ball hobbled, I think that Caruso gets a lot of his 45 days at the beginning of the season.

No idea why we didn't use Blue more.

does this mean they will not offer Blue a 2 way? If not, I expect him to go overseas...vowed not to return to G League. Personally, I wished we would have waived Bogut....I expect him to be useless this year.

Blue should have really thought about why he's been in the G league for so long. And tailored his game based on that assessment. Everyone knows you can score. Instead of looking for his own offense, he could have raised eye brows and showed he wasn't one dimensional by creating looks for others, and making plays on defense. He stayed in score mode, me first mode.

I'm really surprised Vander Blue isn't on a 2 way as well.

Caruso - no surprise he's still on the roster.

Yeah I can't disagree - these are aspects of his game that he needed to expand. I thought he was starting to late in Summer League but I didn't see it in preseason.

Don't understand why Luke who said he wanted shot creation in the 2nd unit didn't use Blue more or at least try him out more in that role.

Because shot creation doesn't mean "shot creation for me and me only".. at the expense of the team. Blue plays for himself, he'll never make it in the NBA playing that way.

He may have well turned down a two-way contract because he would have likely spent most of his time in the g league anyway. You can be on a two-way contract and not get a single minute on the NBA roster.

There are worse players than him in the NBA though, so it still makes me wonder.
