Dodgers just need to win another series or two and they can get back to the top of the NL West....D'Backs had a lengthy losing streak and the Rockies aren't a team I would consider strong favorites to win the division.

In 2 months in a Cubs uniform, Yu Darvish now has more trips to the disabled list (2) than wins (1).

Bellinger has really been sucking lately. I'm starting to wonder if what he did last year was a fluke.

I don't think it's a fluke as much as an adjustment that other teams are now making to him.

He's a hitter that has boom or bust ability. He'll get you hits but strike out a lot. It's on him to develop a patience and discipline at the plate if he want to move up to the next level. Similar to Joc in a way, yeah it's great to have power but you need discipline and patience too.

Walker Buehler. 7 innings on 93 pitches. He had 8 SO and no walks. Gives up 1 ER on 4 H. Leaves with a 2-1 lead

Walker looks like he is looking more comfortable every game. He keeps this up and Kershaw comes back then we have our #1 and #2. Also if Ryu comes back and throws like he was before he got injured then we have our post season 1 2 3 and Wood or Hill can fill the 4 spot. Its looking like it is coming along slowly but surely.

I finally saw him pitch a bit, he has great movement on his pitches, looks like a future ace.

Thank God we're back to Joe Davis enough with Charlie Steiner already. Davis and Hershiser have a real Chemistry. Steiner is in love with the sound of his own voice. I find myself going to the opposition feed when he's broadcasting.

Buehler has been great.

Did anyone see the throwback video Dodgers put up on Kershaw's first start? I wish he still had that velocity

Aren't we glad we got Matt Kemp back? He's having a career revival.

Glad that Kemp has been playing so well offensively for the team. I was hopeful that the Dodgers got the old Kemp after hearing about the weight loss in the offseason. Hoping he can continue to bring it for the whole season. Kudos to Stripling for really stepping up this year. He may have finally turned the corner. Buehler is showing his ace potential. Very curious to see how Dennis Santana will perform as I'm high on his potential. Then there's still the Julio Urias, who we all hope still has that ace potential after the long injury layoff. Dodgers would then look pretty good in terms of future pitching assets.

Dude not even funny. We'd be on death's door without him. Also big thumps up to Stripling and of course Buehler. With Clayton coming back...we just might get back into the post-season boys. Last season we were floating on magic dust...and it faded. Maybe this season, we can be the little engine that could and go all the way.

We have to do something about Forsythe. Dude is punchless.

Dude, I had to replace a logitech remote I flung at a wall watching one of his AB's this season. I can't do it anymore.

Kershaw has another back injury after his 5 innings today.

I honestly don't think he's going to even have the leverage to opt out. The injuries are just piling up, and this will be the third season in a row with a back problem. And his fastball was sitting at 88-90 today.

The way Buehler is pitching its only a matter of time before he becomes our ace....I think Kershaw will probably end up being a #2 especially with his injuries piling up.

Way too soon.

Even if Kershaw sits out the entire June and goes back to his old self July August and September..he will opt out.

And if he does, you say bye bye. It's not like he even has championship equity here, and his performance/injury concerns no longer will merit handing him a gigantic contract. If he opts out, you put the savings to better use.

It might not be the popular move, but I'm absolutely of the belief that it would be the correct move.
