While there still may have been a private workout a la Lonnie Walker, I'm wondering if the lack of an outside shot before this year was a red-flag...

... even so, he was on my short list back in March or April, too, so it's a bit disappointing.

Anyone but Grayson Allen.. Dude looks like Ted Cruz and is equally annoying as Ted Cruz

If we do take him, for whatever reason, hope we play him against
the Celtics; lol. I could see controversy from a mile away...

Pretty good. They are from the Ode to Oden Podcast. They've been on the Lakers Legacy Podcast a couple of times.

I wondered why the Lakers did not work out a lot of prospects for the 25 slot?? Seems they were more interested in seeing guys for 47 or UDFA.
I think they knew they would be trading the 25 for awhile now unless one or two prospects drop.....i.e. Huerter.

Could be because there is truth to that Mitchell Robinson promise?

If we made so called promises to draft picks that could cause them to stop working out for people...

Doesn't this mean we probably won't be doing deals that get rid of our draft pick?... At least this year's first at mininum.

Not necessarily. If a better opportunity comes up you go for it.

The Lakers have acquired the 39th pick in Thursday’s Draft from the 76ers, league source tells ESPN. Lakers will send Philly its 2019 second round pick via Bulls and cash.

EDIT: My bad, it was a '19 2nd rounder not #47. Reading is important.
