Last night Ingram was playing like Durant finally. I had doubts about him at the start of the season but he's gotten better each game. Kuzma has been amazing. He just might be the best player of this rookie class. Both of them took it to Embiid knocking him to the floor.

When Kuzma went for that dunk I lost it! That was so fantastic, even though he missed.

he should have posted the image of him skying over Embiid in response to the image Embiid posted of him over Lonzo.

I know, but maybe the team realizes that they have bigger issues to overcome than a Embiid IG pic. I honestly think Kuz tried to poster him for Zo though. Like when Grant dunked on Zu in Summer League and Nance took it personally.

Ball, KUZ, and Ingram are going to be beasts. I also guarantee we beat the Sixers next time.

Ingram/Kuz showed up for a big nationally televised game. Shows a lot about their inner gumption.

I'm hoping Lonzo was just a bit shook and that he will snap out of it. I still believe in the kid.

Tonight:

Kuz and Ingram showing they can be productive together once again

Combined 18-40 (kuz 11-23)

47 points (kuz 30)

18 boards (kuz 10)

If these two can keep this up they might create something special for a dynamic sf / pf combo

Good to see.
BI in the first half.
Kuz in the second.

These 2 are showing well, need lonzo to join them if we want to become attractive to FAs in 2018.

Decided to go one step further with some quick and dirty math using game 9, which was kuz's first start, as the baseline. So far when starting together:

Combined averaging 33 points and 16 rebounds

Breaks down (approximately) to averages of:

Kuz 18 and 9

BI 15 and 7

Last two games definitely more of a focus on getting both of them more shots plus BI getting out of a mini slump has = greater productivity between them

If this continues to trend in this direction then we probably need to reassess the general roster construction game plan into 2018 and beyond to be one that enhances these guys talents and shores up their weaknesses.

These two are now the cornerstone of our franchise. They both share the mamba mentality that we have been so desperately missing. They both are long, versatile multi-purpose forwards that have shown good decision making and high energy every minute they play. Even if Zo turns out to be an average player, I have no doubt that in 3 years these two are gonna be tearing up teams on a nightly basis.

I wanna see them play off each other more.

Seems like when one has it going the other doesn't really touch the Ball.

And as usual, that ballhog Clarkson refused to pass the ball to Ingram from the 2nd quarter on.
