He'd be a great adition to the team right now, it'd give us depth and experience on the backcourt, but will he spend the whole season injured or are we saving him for the playoffs?

Unofficially, old man-itis.

A $2.5M check for doing absolutely nothing?

yeah all ofseason i was hoping to get griffin and dixon with the midlevel and we could have. both would have been great aditions and are young.

dixons scoring ability would have been a huge boost and griffin shotblocking equally as big. oh well i guess you live you learn. free agents picked up in the past 2 seasons have been horrible moves.

The sad thing is that Mitch makes moves ASSUMING these old fossils can be counted on. He assumed that Malone and Vlade could start last season and that Brian Grant would contribute. And McKie was even mentioned as a likely starter for this upcoming season. For God sakes, I hope Mitch has learned his lesson.

I can see, no one is going to see things my way...

I just keep thinking about the one time I observed McKie on the court... I saw someone who was really helping to facilitate the offense... [call me crazy]. Of course, I don't see anyone else seeing what I do... I doubt if anyone is really going to try and utilize whatever McKie has to conftribute... So, yeah, I submit, that he is just some more extra baggage... Some people just have the bad habit of collecting old things, that they can't use...
