Hey all,

I'll probably write on this soon but we got the talk started (even before Amick's article) on Paul George - what happens if OKC continues to struggle?

Worth it for the Lakers to try and do before the deadline?

https://www.almightyballer.com/hollywood-hoops-ep-62-has-lavar-ball-made-a-mistake-in-sending-his-sons-to-lithuania/

The main theme of the show is an interview with David Pick on the Ball brothers in Lithuania. Also some on the Lakers' progress, etc.

Here's the video chat we did today as well:

Cheers,

Eric

Doesnt he play the same position as Ingram?

This is probably the trade that makes sense for both teams

Why for OKC?

They get a comparable defensive player to Roberson who can actually make shots. They won't have to worry about losing George for nothing, and they get some fire power off the bench

Why for LA?
They get to start free agency early, they get PG to get aquatinted with his future teammates and now he becomes the reason other allstars look at LA with him in place already.

I don’t think that OKC is worried about losing George for nothing. It won’t be for nothing, it would be for luxury tax savings.

Nash, Deng and a #1 Pick for PG, right now...

Any sense rather Cleveland would look to get PG if he's available? I heard the Cavs aren't willing to give up the Nets pick... so it will likely centre around Love going to OKC for George.
