Update (11/17/17): Mayor Eric Garcetti announced that Bureau of Street Lighting (BSL) Director Ed Ebrahimian and Bureau of Street Services (BSS) Director Nazario Sauceda are both retiring from the Department of Public Works.

I hate the damn leaf blowers! just use a rake and keep all of the dust out of our lungs.
