Sean Mcvay did for the Rams what I thought Luke was gonna do for this team.

In both cases we got rid of a hard headed, old school coach, Jeff Fisher / B. Scott

And replaced them with a young, energetic, offensive minded coach.

McVay has overacheived Big time.
Luke... Not so much.
