You're right about that but remember, we waived Bogut so we have a regular roster spot open still. |
Yup. That's what i meant. I know hes not taking a two-way deal. The fact they picked up gp makes me think they won't go after sessions however. I think they are keeping roster spot open in order to take in a two for one deal. Such as Elfrid Payton and Mario for Clarkson. |
I like that deal. |

7 rebounds and 2 assists? Sounds more like a PF than a PG. |

He has a nose for the ball on rebounds, but I think a good amount might be from put back dunks.
He struggled with the bucks and he probably will struggle with shooting, BUT
how will he do in our running game?
He was the Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year in 2015 and a top 10 finalist for the Bob Cousy Award for Point Guard of the year in 2016.
As mentioned he scored 51 points in dleague game against the defenders (maybe an audition) last year.
I read this as the Lakers this year already having 3 above average defensive guards in Lonzo, KCP,and Hart and now possible 4th potentially above average defensive guard in GPII. |

We need shooters but you make a good point; he could actually fit into our running style to a certain degree. I certainly hope so because he has attracted a lot of naysayers. |

Could develop into a GP with hops and w/o the barking. Seems like he doesn't trash talk as much as his dad, kind of similar to Lonzo. |

SO PATHETIC & SAD what this team is doing!!!
Hard to believe it's worst than last year!!!
Magic needs to shut up (LONZO TO HIS DAD TOO) publically & media wise so players are not affected by rumors & future in doubt!!!
NO GUARANTEE ANY HIGH PROFILE FREE AGENT IS COMING HERE REGARDLESS, SO YA BETTER HANG ON TO RANDLE & CLARKSON & PLAY ZUBAC & STOP F'IN AROUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! _________________ My Laker squad.

IMO things are better than last season. There are no guarantees in life , period.
If anything LaVar says affects a player on this team they are focusing on the wrong thing. It obviously doesn't affect Zo so it certainly should not affect anyone else (players, coaches, FO or otherwise).
It's just media hype, overlook the BS. |

Nice!! Just kinda snaked a P/R and got Kuz an open 3! And a dumpoff assist dunk. A steal(Brewer may have got it officially), and a block

Best lakers backup point guard already?
Hasn't shot a jumper yet. If he can get in the paint he may not have to to succeed as a backup. |

Yea.
The pace seemed to pick up when he came in.
Not sure if it's just perception or if it actually did. |

At least he wasn’t terrified of doing anything like Caruso seems to be. |

Kid brought a lot of energy and hustle when everybody else was mentally detached. He's worth a further look. |
