Kidding guys.

Better at being boring and irrelevant.

Probably. But not tonight.

Nance and JC were amazing tonight. Also consider, there have been like 50,000 games in NBA history, we got to see the worst free throw performance in the history of the league and we won! Lol

In spite of all the Sabonis dunks and Oladipo drives down the middle, the Lakers held Indy to 38% shooting, while shooting 55%. Indy - 8% from 3.

Outrebounded Indy too. One could argue they had 6 more offensive boards but then again they had two dozen more misses.

Lucky we only shot 13 free throws tonight. If it weren't for Jordan Clarkson making 2 for 3, the all time FT futility record the Lakers set tonight would have been one that could never be beaten!! 0 for 10 from the rest of the team!

Kudos to the whole team tonight, particularly Clarkson.

I'm still baffled at how many wins the pacers have by going ISO so much.

Slowly crawling our way from the bottom of the pack. One more win and we're tied with BRK, PHX, and CHI. Pretty close to Utah and Charlotte who are 10th and 11th in the tankathon. Ending up outside of the top 10 would be amazing. Let's go!

Game Notes:

*Lakers are the 1st team in the NBA to win a game shooting under 20% from the free throw line since 1964.

*Jordan Clarkson is only the 2nd player in NBA history with at least 30 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists while shooting 70% from the field while coming off of the bench.

*Lakers 1st win this season without the services of Lonzo Ball

*Lakers were great on defense, holding Indy to 38% FG & 8% - 3pt.

* Lakers shot 55%, 47 rebounds & 26 assists

RECAP: Clarkson leads short-handed Lakers to 99-86 win over Pacers
