What a game by KCP

Did he really foul on that 4 point play at the end? I didn't think so

Only 10 turnovers - real good job Lakers!

Wasn't crazy about the 3 pt defense but Kuz and Thomas warmed up in the second half.

Gotta hand it to IT - he's clutch from the FT line. Good job IT.

KCP - wow.
8 threes!

Luke really milked the starters to win this game. Played BI and KCP 38 minutes on a back to back. We are not a deep team anymore... or at least at this point.

Lol of course. You think everyones gonna be great except our guys.

you guys must be like 14 or something.....just bratty.

Lonzo - 10/7/7 in 34 MPG is going to be great....

Fox - 11/4/3 in 27 MPG is somehow garbage

Didn’t Fox have the worst RPM in the league at some point? Arent you the king of analytics?

Just face the facts. You have high hopes for all sorts of young players except ours. It’s painfully obvious...

He's 481/488. Improvement. Right next to IT.

after this win

Lakers #11, 25-34 .424 with 23 games left
5.5 games behind #10 Utah (31-29) and 7.5 games behind #8 Pels

If the Lakers finish out the remaining 23 games at the current .424 rate, they'd win 9.752 more game for a record of about 35-47.
My guess continues to be that they have a good chance of doing better than that

FWIW wrt Lottery Balls: there are still 9 teams with worse records then us

IT haters are ridiculous, we possibly lose this game tonight without his FTs

Yep a solid replacement for Lonzo with good court vision and all he gets are a stream of midget jokes.

You'd almost think he was a Celtic or something with the way people carry on

He’s 5’8” garbage.

He made FTs and a couple 3s, but he also made some terrible plays. Looked like a rookie on those.

That's the pressure of trying to be who he was

Yep he's in the unfortunate position of having 20 games to determine perhaps the course of his entire career. If he shows progress and proof of his former abilities... he can get someone to take a chance on him and give him a solid offer... if he only plays average he's looking at another mediocre contract. He's got the world on his shoulders and it shows.

Yeah I saw that too. With Lonzo sitting he kinda had to I think. The starters were just killing Sac under a 3 pt avalanche from KCP, and the bench unit looked so bad earlier on, I can see why he let them stay out there several minutes longer than I expected. Hopefully with Lonzo back we can adjust a bit better.

Lol but you are a Lonzo hater.
And an Ingram hater
And a Kuzma hater

You hate everyone not named Randle & Clarkson.

Anyway, good win despite the imperfections. This is a game that we lose last year honestly...SAC started out shooting really well and we got down a bit, last season we wouldn’t have had the D or the heart to come back. Last year we would have flipped over to JC/DLO Hero Ball...this season, we get physical and take them down. Looking forward to our 30th win here soon!

What does Fox do well from a basketball standpoint?

Last year we were tanking. This year we are not. Kings still are tanking.

I’ve watched many of his games this year. He ain’t half the basketball player Lonzo is.

But of course we have some Laker fans around here that refuse to support their own players.

One could call me a hypocrite because I don’t like Thomas...I’d say it’s an exception. He won’t even be here next season.

Nope, we won 5 out of our last 6 six games last year....we weren’t actively tanking, we were just worse. We are improving.

I doubt he gets an offer for more than $10m, and I'd guess that $8m might be more likely

And BI is 20 yrs old and KCP is 25 yrs old. It is OK. This young team needs all the court time they can get.

Yes, probably. I was just pinpointing the best scenario for him.
