Don’t you have to actually won something to act like Murray?
I have no issue with it if he actually had a history of winning, but dude has never won anything.
Until he wins something, he looks like a clown and loser.
Some people just suck.
Either you respect your adversary as your equal and welcome the chance to compete or you act like a punk and galvanize your opponents against you.
And for all the punchable faces...does no one remember Danny Ainge?
No Mike 'Antoni honorable mentions?
Lakers have one job...win. Win and clowns like this disappear into irrelevance like the Sacramento Kings.
But I am open to running him off of like 40 screens so he feels us after we win on Tuesday. _________________ "If You're Afraid To Fail...Then You're Probably Going To Fail."

the part I thought was weak was Mike Malone running up to Luke after game acting all apologetic....then in the post game press conference....he said he would look at the film, and he seen anything would talk to Murray.....but his tone was much more defensive of Murray and acting like it was no big deal.....more so excusing Murray as a "passionate competitor".

I'm curious to see how Zo or some of our other youngsters would respond to getting elbowed in the face like that. _________________ "Chick lived and breathed Lakers basketball…but he was also fair and objective and called every game the way it was played."

i'm watching the sportsnet postgame replay and apparently murray pushed/bumped luke.
Haven’t seen that, but all of this makes a lot more sense, if true. _________________ “Christ did not die to forgive sinners who go on treasuring anything above seeing and savoring God. And people who would be happy in heaven if Christ were not there, will not be there."

just watch the clip, at the end of game it looks like Murray said something to Luke. You can see Luke saying along the line of 'is he saying something to me?'... This is no different reaction than Pat Riley not wanting Ron Artest talking to him disrespectfully as opposing coach. No coach would tolerate that. I like Luke not taking crap from nobody
The guy would be in the G league if he didn’t have a 3pt shot...
are you serious? LOL _________________ "Now, if life is coffee, then the jobs, money & position in society are the cups. They are just tools to hold & contain life, but the quality of life doesn't change. Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the coffee in it."

i didn't see it either. the studio crew briefly mentioned it twice towards the beginning of the show. the players were good soldiers and gave "i didn't hear anything" or "i don't know" answers, obviously avoiding the topic. i would assume the studio crew have access to all the different cameras.
@taniaganguli
Jamal Murray on the Lakers feeling he was disrespectful: “I'm just gonna go out there and hoop and whoever takes it to heart and takes their losses salty, I can't do anything about that.”
Murray is really full of himself isn't he
seriously... dude's got a point.
but what did he do?
if the Lakers can't handle players celebrating wins, then they better not lose... quit being whiners. duh. _________________ "Now, if life is coffee, then the jobs, money & position in society are the cups. Best way to show him up is to beat his team. If he’s beating us, not really much we can say. Shaq used to PUNK teams and individual players and they WERE punks because we beat them. Right now, we are punks...only way to fix that is to win.
The only time you need to rub it into the other team is after you hit a game winner or something to that effect or in that kind of momentum swing.
When the game is already in hand however, there's no reason to go walking over to their bench and try to start stuff.
There's a thing called sportsmanship. If you have none, expect to be called out for it.
You ever see Kobe go out of his way when the Lakers were up by 10+ with 20 seconds left, waltz over to the other team's bench and start running his mouth?
No, because there was no need to, and despite the kind of trash talker he was, there was no point then.
So doing what Murray did was uncalled for and classless. Just like it was before.
The kid needs to act like he's been there before. He's a punk plain and simple. One of BI's best friends. He better reign him in or somebody gonna take offense to these childish moves and put a mean foul on that kid.
